Our home backs onto a lake and preserve where you can watch the sunset from the lanai, see the herons come down to fish, peek at one of our local gators as he snoozes on our neighbour’s garden or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this lovely setting. With a south facing pool you are guaranteed the maximum sunshine available here in sunny Florida, but there’s also enough shade if you want to cool down a little.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins, the house can sleep 8, 10 if you count the sofa bed! Our twin rooms have been converted into a “Princess Room” and a “Mickey Room” to entertain the youngsters, not to mention the “Winnie the Pooh” bathroom. Having 2 sitting areas the house has enough room for everyone to be able to lounge in comfort.

The 2 dining areas and a breakfast bar allow everyone to eat at the same time and the open plan kitchen means that nobody has to be “Cinderella” shut away in another room.

No queues either with 3 bathrooms to choose from!

Our new games room provides fun for the family with a pool table, table tennis and air hockey table and electronic dartboard.

Family room has full length triple sliding doors providing access to pool, lanai and deck area with fantastic views over the lake and preserve. It contains brand new wrap around sofa and separate armchair seating 8 people comfortably. 32” High Definition TV and Home Theater system incorporating DVD player and a stock of DVDs.

For those more athletic types there are 4 rackets and a stock of tennis balls together with a Basketball and Volleyball to use at the local amenities, available exclusively for Residents and Guests of Westridge.

There are a number of excellent Golf Courses in the area, including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Greg Norman’s all-new Champions Gate. BR B Amenities: /B BR South facing heated screened swimming pool.

Bedroom 3 is the “Mickey” room and Bedroom 4 is the “Princess” room decorated in a fun way to please those young Disney fans.
