TranquilityFlorida is a beautiful new (2008) luxury 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom holiday villa.The villa is situated in Cypress Pointe, a new and exclusive private gated community just 10 minutes from Disney, Champions Gate resort and the many restaurants on the 192.
One of the truly remarkable aspects of Cypress Pointe is the beauty of the conservation land backdrop - with views over the woodland and wetland areas. Black Otters have been seen playing in the retention pond overlooked from the pool deck.
Designed to provide a perfect setting for a dream holiday. Sleeping up to 12 guests and incorporates discrete facilities to enable our disabled guests to stay with ease.

| Living Space | The comfortable living room provides a place to relax after a long day at the parks or on the golf course. There is a 32" TV with DVD. The Nook provides a nice location for a quiet breakfast before heading out for the day, and if you need a break from the restaurants then there is a formal dinning area and better still a large table on the deck to enjoy a quiet meal whilst watching the wildlife, listening to the crickets and enjoying the warm Florida evenings. |
| Master Suite 1 | A large bedroom with Queen size split electric profiling bed, large walk in closet and TV. Spacious bathroom, with extra large shower area and twin showers, Toto shower toilet for extra luxury, twin wash basins and door to the pool deck. |
| Master Suite 2 | Queen size bed, closet and TV. En suite bathroom with tub and shower. |
| Remaining Bedrooms | Bedrooms 3, 5 and 6 have twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed. |

| Features for our disabled guests include:- | - Electric ceiling track hoist throughout master suite - Manual hydraulic hoist - Toto Shower Toilet - Electric Pool hoist - Mobile shower chair with large rear wheels - Wide door ways with level access to all ground floor doors - Electric profiling bed, with height adjustment - Voltage transformer for use with UK battery charger or other medical equipment To make your stay even easier we have installed a fully electric ceiling track hoist in the master suite between bedroom and bathroom and an electric profiling bed with height adjustment. The covered pool area includes a wide pool deck for safe and easy wheelchair use and an electric pool hoist which is positioned to allow access to both the 28ft X 14ft pool and the spa. |

Are there TVs available
Yes, we have provided 32" TV/DVD for the living room. Master bedrooms have and games room have TVs.
Do I need to take my wheelchair battery charger
Yes, if your charger only supports UK 240v, then please use the US to UK transformer provided.
Will my UK electrical equipment work
Yes, if it supports dual voltage, you will need a UK to US converter plug. We have provided UK extension leads with US plugs for use in the villa.
Is internet access available
Yes, we have provided a wireless internet connection this is WPA encrypted for your safety.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible
I am full time wheelchair user so have tried to make the villa as accessible as I can. The ground floor is fully accessible, please contact us if you have any queries as we understand that 'accessible' can mean different things dependant on type and level of disability.
Will I be able to transfer easily
We have used equipment to make transfer as easy as possible, there is an electric ceiling track hoist in the master suit covering bedroom and bathroom. The bed is height adjustable and has bed sides if required. The toilet and shower seat are 520mm from the floor. Grab bars are fitted either side of the shower seat and toilet.
Will I need my own sling
Yes, due to the different sizes and type of disability, we can not provide a sling suitable for all. The hoist spreader bar 4 hooks which can be used with a 4 or 6 strap sling.

We cannot express in words how wonderful our week was at your villa in Florida. It was the first vacation(holiday) in ten years where accessibility issues did not negate our being able to enjoy our time away. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for making it available to us and others in the same situation. If we take our less than perfect circumstances and use them in a way that helps others it indeed does add worth to even the toughest of times. Your sharing your beautiful home with us did that in an incredible way.
