The interior design focus is contemporary chic, with the inclusion of natural maple, leather, chrome and stainless steel, ensuring the provision of luxurious elegant accommodation.

The elegant spacious lounge with striking 10 foot high ceilings is furnished to an exceptional standard. “Indulge yourself by sinking into the huge cream leather sofa and relax in the comfortable surroundings that have been created for you”. Additional luxury leisure items provided for your enjoyment are a large screen cable TV, play station 2/DVD player, CD high-fi system and digital telephone. High speed internet access is also provided

The fully fitted, practical and stylish kitchen incorporates jet black and stainless steel quality appliances, with a vast selection of utensils for your culinary requirements.
The separate utility room is accessed from the kitchen and appliances include large capacity washing machine and separate dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. High quality linens and towels are provided for the use of our guests.

Gorgeous luxury master en-suite with USA King size bed, large walk in closet, and wall mounted HD plasma cable TV. The second bedroom is a luxurious contemporary Queen with wall mounted HD plasma cable TV and large closet. The third bedroom is a stylish twin with wall mounted cable TV / DVD combo.

The large second bathroom, along with the Master en-suite, have ceramic tiled flooring with full mirrored double vanity areas.

Situated on the top floor this elegant spacious penthouse benefits from preferred privacy with superior views from the balcony which receives the early morning Florida sunshine.

For your convenience the apartment is serviced by an elevator accessing all three floors.

COMMUNITY FACILITIES

The use of all the onsite community facilities are available FREE of charge to all of our guests.
Our apartment is located within a small prestigious gated community with an outstanding clubhouse. The grand entrance archways, enhanced by mature palm trees lead you into an interior of sharp design, with luxurious decor and furnishings. The large spacious lounge has several relaxation areas with excellent facilities that include, a large wall mounted plasma TV and wireless internet access.

The games room is equipped with touch screen electronic game stations, a pool table and table football. Suspended from the ceiling are large Cable televisions that compliment the cool design of this sure to be popular room, for our younger and not so young guests.
In the fitness room, guests can exercise from 7am using the selection of in house cycling and jogging machines that are available.

THE SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI SPA.

The large communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa are heated during the cooler months for guests comfort and enjoyment. Luxuriate in the Jacuzzi spa, positioned off the main pool deck in the gentle shade of a covered lanai area for those soft relaxing moments of bliss.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a huge wrap around sun deck, complimented with a selection of quality deck furniture for guests to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine in luxury surroundings besides the pool.
A white sand volley ball court is also included for guest use, and is located within the central leisure facilities area of the community.
