Our rates quoted, are fully inclusive of Pool heat, Villa Cleaning and Florida Tax etc.) and therefore we hope, worry free. There will be no hidden charges/extra taxes etc. We even offer extra discounts to 'whet' your appetite and hopefully entice you want to stay with us.

If you decide to stay with us and confirm our quote within 1 day we will give you up to 1 weeks 'FREE' pool heat and pay in full within 7 days, we will discount a further 10%? by way of a refund cheque / check. However if your dates are flexible and you book a 'back to back' vacation with an already confirmed rental. (please check our availability calendar .... We will offer a FURTHER DISCOUNT of 5% (mention back to back discount).........

Alternatively stay for 28 days or more for only $700 pw inclusive of pool heat, cleaning and tax. ( please note: - The inclusive rate quoted above is our long term rental rate, for stays of 28 days or more).

LATE DEALS:- Book within 10 days and stay for at least 7 nights and we will reduce your basic rental quote by at least 15% (mention LATE/DEAL). Minimum stay is three nights (seven nights peak season) (Please note, for stays of less than six nights during high season are discretionary unless they are back to back with an already confirmed rental.
