| Living Area | The open-plan lounge area has a light airy feel with a high ceiling and access to the pool deck. There is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family with comfortable sofas and cable TV. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa. |
| Dining | There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a family dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. |
| Kitchen & Breakfast Nook | The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you need to look after the whole family’s culinary needs. There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of course, an American size fridge |
| TV Room / Den | The den is a perfect space for the kids to unwind after a day in the parks with cable tv. This self-contained room can also double up as a 6th bedroom. |
| Bedrooms | Master Bedroom Suite The large ground floor master suite contains a king size bed and premium furnishings. A large walk in closet provides all the space you need. The luxury bathroom has a corner bath, two mirrored vanity areas and access to the huge walk-in shower. The master suite also connects directly to the pool deck. | Swimming Pool & Spa | Outside, the pool deck area has been extended and is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool deck features a child safety screen, which can be removed for adult groups. A shaded area can also be found under the lanai. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and pool furniture and toys are provided for our guests. The pool also has an integral spa to aid your relaxation. |

"We had a wonderful time in your fabulous Orlando home - so much space for the whole family to spread out and not get in anyone elses way! The villa was very clean and had every amenity we could wish for - the games room was in use every day and everyone loved it.
We visited the parks nearly every day but often came back to the villa for an afternoon swim before heading back in the afternoon - the lack of traffic on the I4 and US27 made this a very realistic option.
Thanks for the information pack you sent us before arrival - directions were superb and all the other tips were really useful until we found our feet.
Will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to family and friends

"This was our 4th visit to Florida and without a shadow of a doubt this was the best villa we have stayed in (I wish I was still there). The villa itself was immaculately clean and well maintained and in a quiet residential area. The pool area was fab with the hot tub living up to its name!! The boys enjoyed the games room after a busy day at the theme parks. While my daughter managed to keep in touch with her boyfriend back home thanks to the Villa's internet access. Danny dropped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok which was appreciated. Wal Mart is located nearby as are many fast food outlets. If you like steak I would highly recommend a visit to Manny's Chophouse you can expect a wait (we waited 50 mins on our first visit) but its well worth it. We will definately make Magical Stay our first choice when we come back to Florida and I would not hesitate to recommend villa to my family and friends.

"This home met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction but the well appointed game room and Internet access provided additional things for our family group with children aged 3 to 13. We celebrated the 3 year old's birthday and he and his 5 year old brother learned how to swim during our stay. All of the grand children spend a lot of time in the pool. The hot tub was divine. There were a lot of towels, dishes and glasses available, so we never ran out. Danny stopped by the yard occasionally to make sure everything was fine, but he didn't intrude at all. It was nice to know that management was so available. The owner, Sharon was wonderful to work with and made me feel welcome in her home."
