Westbury is a small community situated amongst orange groves, this luxury home sleeps up to 10 people with ease, with own pool which can be heated and also lit up at night, with extended pool deck and southwest facing for maximum sunshine. No rear facing neighbours for added privacy and child friendly security alarms on all doors exiting pool area. Situated off Highway 27, approximately 15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions. Championship golf courses also nearby along with local shops and restaurants. This villa also provides full air-conditioning throughout with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, luxuriously furnished and with all mod cons and with free local telephone calls. Lounge area with cable TV, DVD and CD player. Sofa can also be made into 1 double sized bed if needed.
2 master bedrooms with queen sized beds and with en-suite bathrooms and TV's, free safe to main master closet for storing valuables.
1 twin bedded room for kids, (themed mickey) and 1 twin bedded room for the teenagers/adults, both with 1 shared bathroom. All linen,towels and hairdryers are provided.
This home is strictly non-smoking for the comfort of all our guests although smoking will be permitted outside on the pool deck area, sorry but no pets allowed.
This home is excellently located for all attractions, short driving distances for a good variety of restaurants to suit all needs and with good shopping facilities including 24hr Walmart and Walgreens stores.
