Our Villa is ideally located to maximise your family's vacation, in the entertainment capital of the world! You will be staying in the popular Sunset Ridge gated community – a quiet residential housing development near to the heart of the Disney area and just 2 mins drive from Interstate 4. Our Villa has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen with all mod cons, Utility room and a Den area with a sleeper sofa & TV for the kids to hang out in the evenings, while you watch TV or listen to music in the main Lounge. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern appliances you could ask for. Outside we have a private swimming pool & spa for your enjoyment. The pool area has a patio table and chairs for you to sit and have a bite by the pool. The pool & spa have optional heating for the winter months & has a safety fence provided to keep toddlers away from the water. Our Villa comes with all linen and towels provided.
Orlando furnishes an all-year climate, ideal in winter and pleasant in summer. The balmy breezes and bright sunshine of Florida in the winter months have made this State the Nation's playground. The summer months in Florida are pleasant ones. Temperatures are even, the heat is tempered by constant breezes, and the nights invariably comfortable. No part of the state is far from the sea. Every section is swept by mild zephyrs from the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. The state of Florida boasts over 100 golf courses, and Orlando has some of the best theme parks in the world! Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens & Cyprus Gardens to name a few. If you feel like a day by the sea, then Coco beach or Tampa bay are just a short drive away. For those of you who are looking for something different, why not visit the Kennedy Space Centre, the home of the shuttle launch.

Pool heat is recommended from the 31st-Oct to the 31st-Mar. Pool heat is an additional £10 per night for this property.
A booking deposit is required of £150. Deposit is non refundable, so please ensure your dates are firm before booking.
Balance of payment must be paid 30 days before villa rental commences. If at the time of booking, it is less than 30 days to commencing rental, payment must be made in full.
A fully refundable Security deposit of £150 against damages or breakages is required for all bookings. This will be returned to you no later than 14 days after your stay finishes. This is subject to an inspection by our management company.
