About Villa Dunedin

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and the option of using the pull down sofa bed in the Formal Living Room as another double bed. The Villa can therefore sleep up to 10 guests making it ideal for families or friends to share. There are 2 master bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen, both with en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds in each room and there is a third bathroom. All of the bedrooms have lovely big mirrors, plenty of storage (including lots of coat hangers!) and a television/dvd combo. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer. All towels and bedding are provided including extra pillows and blankets if required.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped, as well as all the usual white goods, we have a generous amount of all your eating, drinking and cooking utensils, lots of glasses, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Our kitchen has been set up to make it feel like your own at home. For your safety we have also provided plastic glasses and plates for use outside at the Pool and inside in the Games Room.

The Pool and Spa have a generous deck and a child safety fence which can be removed if required. The deck faces south-east which ensures that there is sun from early morning until early evening. Sun loungers, chairs, footrests, 2 tables and 2 large umbrellas make up your deck furniture which can accommodate up to 10 guests at any time. To save space in your suitcase we have provided lovely big pool towels for you to use, they are kept in the pool room closet.

We have 2 living areas, one which is open plan to the kitchen and opens out onto the Pool deck the other is as you come into the front of the Villa. We call the living area as you walk into the Villa, the Formal Living Room. This room has a golf theme, the formal dining table is also in this room. It is an ideal room to relax in after a busy day. The other living area we call the Family Room. The main feature in this room is the unit which houses the 32” TV, games for both children and adults, a radio/cd player, dvd player, vcr, playstation 2, videos, dvd’s over 70 children’s books and a selection of adult paperbacks. Please email for a picture. Between the Family Room and the Kitchen area there is a table and 4 chairs which can be used along with the 2 breakfast bar stools for casual eating.

Bearing in mind how much many of us need access to the Internet nowadays we have added a wireless internet connection. Please remember to bring your own lap top with you as we only have a hotspot. If you do require the use of a computer the Glenbrook clubhouse has a computer which you can use free of charge. You are welcome to use our free local and long distance USA telephone calls facility.

A games room has recently been added to the Villa and we have provided a Pool table and a Foosball table along with a table and a couple of chairs.
