About Lakeside Villa
Our luxury air-conditioned villa enjoys wonderful lake views to the side and rear, which you can enjoy, from the covered pool and spa area and the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The villa boasts three newly decorated spacious double bedrooms including a master suite with ensuite and a well-appointed bathroom.A ‘den’ offers additional sleeping accommodation taking the capacity to 8 persons if required.
The fully equipped kitchen looks over the open plan living and dining area giving a perfect family space. The living area includes a sumptuous curved leather sofa for guests comfort and wall mounted plazma TV. The games room with full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment for both adults and children. We also have high speed internet access just in case you need it.
The River Strand 27 hole golf course is minutes walk from the villa and as our guests you will be able to play unlimited golf at your leisure for a membership transfer fee. Available on long stays

"we had a great time and we are jealous my wife would love to own a property like that
the kids made a great job with the tree and they had brought a couple of little santas that they attached to the corners of the tv it made it very much like xmas
your pictures don't do the property justice - the den was perfect for the girls to sleep in cos they were beside their parents
the location was ideal a lovely corner plot and so peaceful the heated pool was great"

"Just got back from our well earned holiday to this lovely Scottish weather (rain and high winds!) and just thought it appropriate to drop you a quick email.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa, Danny loved the pool table and golf (he beat me 4&3 in our last round and he's 12!!) while we couldn't get Sophie out of the pool/jacuzzi, you truly have a fantastic getaway, and should we be lucky enough to go on holiday again to Florida in the near future, would love to stay there again.
We will recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

We have rented homes for our vacation in the past, however, yours was the cleanest and
most comfortable compared to the ones we've rented in prior years.
We liked it so well we wish our schedules would have permitted us to stay longer.
