LOUNGE
The open plan lounge has two sofas, one of which converts into a U.S. queen size bed. There is cable T.V., DVD/CD player, PS2, games and books for your enjoyment. The villa has air conditioning, and we have also added a ceiling fan for your extra comfort.
DINING AREA
The dining area overlooks the pool and has seating for six people. There is seating for two extra people at the breakfast bar if required.
KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, blender, coffee-maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, and all the cooking utensils you might need.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom, overlooking the pool area at the rear of the villa, has a U.S. queen size bed, dresser and bedside cabinets, cable T.V., clock-radio and phone. There is a bathroom with shower unit, and a walk-in closet with fitted safe. We have also added a ceiling fan for extra comfort. A hair dryer is also provided.
SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM
This double bedroom is situated at the front of the property and looks out onto a beautifully maintained garden. There is a U.S. queen size bed, walk-in wardrobes, dresser and bedside cabinets. Again a ceiling fan has been fitted, and a clock radio provided.
TWIN BEDROOM
The twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a dresser. It also has walk-in wardrobes, and a clock radio is supplied.
POOL AREA
The pool area is south facing and gets the sun all day. We have fitted a retractable sun canopy for those times when you wish to sit in the shade. The pool is screened and has a child safety fence. It comes with a table, padded chairs and loungers. It overlooks the second tee with beautiful, open views,and feels very private. Pool heating is available and is recommended for the winter months between October and March.
GAMES ROOM
The games room is situated in the garage and has a pool table, junior pool/fuzzball/air hockey table, and an electronic darts board (plastic tips on darts for safety). There are two adults and 2 childrens bicycles provided for guests' use. Here you will also find the laundry facilities which comprise large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A fan has been fitted for comfort.
EXTRAS
A childs cot, highchair and stroller have been provided free of charge. All cutlery, crockery, bed linen, and towels(including pool/beach towels) are supplied.
