Terms and Conditions

Guests should complete and return the booking form within 7 days of provisional booking with the deposit of £100.00 /$200 per week.
The deposit is non - refundable. The full balance is due 8 weeks before arrival together with a £200 security deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment has not been paid. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

The Management Company make an inspection after each visit and if no breakages or damages are found or extra cleaning necessary the security cheque will be returned approximately 14 days after departure. Kindly report any breakages or damages to the Management company immediately to enable them to arrange replacements if necessary. Accidents do happen so if you have any small breakages replacements can usually be bought at the local supermarkets

This accommodation is strictly for the use of the persons named on the booking form only (to comply with Florida Law).

The accommodation is available from 4.00p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the day of departure.

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The pool is not to be used by children without adult supervision. We will not be liable for loss or injury resulting from use of the swimming pool. A safety screen for young children is provided for your use.

Please note this property is strictly "No Smoking". Smoking is allowed on the patio area only using ashtrays provided. If this is ignored additional cleaning charges may be incurred

Signature of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Local telephone calls are free. Telephone cards can be purchased at local supermarkets for long distance calls.

Please note all towels/linens are provided except beach and pools towels.

The Management company are available if you have any queries or problems. (24 hour for emergency)

A useful handbook is provided in the villa for your use.

The code for the lock box for the villa key will be forwarded approximately 14 days before your departure.
