Designed with families in mind, this fabulous 6 Bed/3.5 Bath Grand Executive Villa with Games Room can easily accommodate 12 guests in absolute comfort. Fully air conditioned and with the added luxury of ceiling fans in all rooms the property offers total privacy and space to relax and enjoy your holiday of a lifetime.Set on a beautiful lake, this spacious (4.200 sq. ft.) luxury home has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and enjoys upgraded facilities including: Large LCD TV in Great Room, with DVD player and Playstation PS3 and all bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV's and all come with Cable TV with Movie Channels. The Jack & Jill rooms are themed as Cinderella & Tinker Bell/Spiderman & Superman, which will definitely appeal to the younger one‘s. CCTV to keep our Executive Villa secure at all times for your own comfort. Sat-Navigator provided for your rental vehicle. At the rear of the property the south facing heated pool with its large jacuzzi enjoys the sun all day. Surrounding the pool is a massive deck area equipped with a gas barbecue grill, a covered lanai, plenty of lounge chairs and love-seat. The deck area also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and ceiling fan. Additional to this, we have an extra patio/gazebo area just outside the lanai, for those that want to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Calabria is ideally located just off Hwy 192 just 5 miles from Disney and only 2 minutes from Formosa Shopping Village, which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants, shops and a walk in clinic.

One huge thankyou - the villa was absolutely fabulous, the site pictures on the internet are good but in real life the villa is just awesome. Funds permitting we will certainly be recontacting you with a future booking.
I'm already missing the views of the lake and the evening song from the frogs!!

Just dropping you a line to say we had a great holiday and your home was wonderful, your pictures on line does not do it justice. Location was great and so peaceful.It is a very large home! A little large for us this time but for future with maybe all the family would be great. I shall defenitely recommend it to friends who are looking for next year. We took some great pictures of both outside and inside of the house if you would like me to send them to you, I would be delighted.
