About beautiful 4 bedroom villa with large pool

Our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. It is a large villa covering 2856 sq feet providing you with lots of space to relax. It sleeps up to 8 people, ideal for two families to share. It has two ensuite bedrooms, the first with a king size bed, walK in closet and french doors leading out to the pool. Ideal for a morning swim before breakfast. The second has a queen sized bed, the ensuite gives direct access to the pool. there are two further bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twins. All the bedrooms have coloured TVs, built in wardrobes and radio clock alarms.

The large comfortable family room over looks the pool and patio area. It has a large TV, with cable and hi-fi system. There is a further sitting room with formal dining area and table to seat 8. The villa is eqipped with free, fast speed, wireless internet connection. the fully eqipped kitchen and breakfast area has everything you will need to prepare snacks or a full meal with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser and a large gas cooker. there is also a large range of crockery and utensils, coffee machine and food processor. The laundry room has a separate washer, dryer, iron and iron board, no more returning home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The laundry room leads to the garage which has been converted to a games room, fully equipped with pool table, darts, table football, air hockey and a PS2.

Outside you will find that the pool is the largest model available, it is floodlit and heating is available. The patio area has been extended to the rear of the house and is fully enclosed within the pool screening. There are two complete sets of patios furniture including a large table and chairs for eating outside. Loungers, footstools and occasional tables. There is outside lighting, a large gas barbecue and ceiling fans underneath the lanai. The pool and patio are very private, sheilded in part by the large mature gardens. Our management company is very helpful and responsive to our guests, they provides a staffed 24 hour help line and also provide a full range of guest services, attraction tickets etc if needed. Our home is excellent value for money and provides a luxurious and comfortable base for a fantastic holiday.
