About Clear Creek Villa, Private Pool & Games Room

Coded door lock so no need to collect keys, just drive straight to the villa

Fishing lake 100 metres from the Villa, equipment can be bought very reasonable from Wal-Mart

Our 3-bedroom 2½-bathroom villa will sleep up to 8 people.


Our villa is a very spacious detached single storey property situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek.

This Luxury Villa has everything you will ever need and beautifully furnished throughout. Fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool not directly overlooked with table & chairs and comfortable sun loungers.

There are 3 bedrooms:

· THE MASTER BEDROOM which overlooks the pool area has a queen-sized bed, dressing table and two sets of drawers + table lamps, cable TV, VCR, clock radio and en suite facilities with walk in shower with twin seats & his n hers washbasins, large walk in wardrobe.

· BEDROOM 2 which overlooks the pool area has a double bed, large wardrobe, two sets of drawers, bedside lamp, clock radio and en suite pool bathroom, overlooking the pool area, (toilet washbasin and vanity unit)

· BEDROOM 3 has 2 full size bunk beds (sleeps 4) large wardrobe ,,large set of drawers and a smaller set of drawers CD player & clock radio , PS2 + variety of games.

FAMILY BATHROOM with bath tub shower over bath, toilet & washbasin.

Linen and towels provided also hairdryer

We also provide a high chair and crib at no extra cost.
Free use of safe.

LARGE FAMILY ROOM overlooking the private pool area, with new leather sofas, tables & lamps, cable TV, VCR, DVD,(selection of films)and CD player. Wireless Internet and PC provided free of charge.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with large fridge freezer/ice maker cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. A utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board .A telephone is installed in the villa and can be used to make local calls free of charge. It can also be used for other calls using a phone card.

GAMES ROOM with pool table, table tennis and darts board.

Disney character costumes available for our younger guests to dress up in.

Please note, our Villa is fully licensed with the Division of Hotels & Restaurants.

Our villa is conveniently located at Clear Creek, a residential development just off US192 and US27, 15 minutes from World Drive leading to Walt Disney World. All the attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within easy reach. The beaches on the Atlantic coast along with Kennedy Space Centre are only about an hour’s drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes.

Compare renting this new Florida home with alternatives such as a hotel room or a villa holiday through a tour operator and we are sure that you will have a much more relaxing and inexpensive holiday staying with us. You can eat in or out at your leisure, unwind in your own 30-foot screened swimming pool, or relax indoors in air-conditioned luxury. Just a short walk or two minutes drive away is a Supermarket with a pharmacy and photo processing, a Pizza takeaway, Bank and Post Office.
