About Orange Grove Villa
LocationOrange Grove Villa is located within a small community of 40 privately owned luxury properties that has a single entrance, ensuring no through traffic. It is located near the main Florida road network, just off Hwy 27 and within one mile of J55 / I4. Perfect for easy travel to all the theme parks (15mins to Disney), 45 mins to the golden beaches on the gulf course, 50 mins to Kennedy Space Center on the east coast.
First Impressions!
When you enter the villa you walk straight in to your own secluded private pool and spa both can be heated for your comfort.
Four bedrooms: two with ensuite facilities all overlook the pool area. We also provide for young children with a crib, a high chair and stroller.
Executive Style
The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard it provides our guests a spacious living area. With Premium Network TV’s in three bedrooms as well as the lounge. With a PS 2 Gamestation in the kids bedroom.

The lounge faces west so enjoy the Florida sun sets on the sun deck or sit in the air conditioned lounge in comfort on the hot steamy Florida nights!
There is high speed Wireless internet access, a fully equiped games room featuring a full size pool table, bikes, toys and games.
All rooms are air conditioned and provide a view of the pool area, which is totally secluded in a courtyard arrangement providing total seclusion. You are not overlooked.
Posner Park, is a brand shopping mall located within one mile of our villa. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants are nearby.

| Lounge Area | The lounge offers you an opportunity to watch the glorious sun sets as it faces west. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. |
| Dining Area | You can choose to eat casually or for more formal dining there is a dining area overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent with every possible appliance you will need. Comprising, main oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glasses and condiments. |
| Bedrooms | Two master bedrooms both have ensuite facilities, providing access direct onto the pool. The master bedroom and the cabana are at opposite ends of the pool. The first master bedroom is furnished to the highest standard with prime network TV/DVD. |
| Children's Bedroom | The Children's bedroom has twin beds with a prime network TV so the kids can watch the Disney channel, plus it has a Play station 2 games console. |
| Pool Area | The pool area is the focal point, with a waterfall feature and a spa. This is the first impression you see when you arrive! A large area of the pool area is covered to provide protection from the sun and is an ideal place to eat. |
| Cabana | The cabana is detached from the main living space, it is self contained with a small refrigerator, tea & coffee making facility and a TV/DVD. |
| Utilities | There is a separate area for the washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board if required. No need to bring towels and their is a spare set of linen for all bedrooms. There is a crib and high chair for the very young children, as well as a safe for personal possessions. |
| Games Room | The villa has a fully equipped games room, with full size pool table and fussball plus two bikes, plenty of games and toys. |
