About Florida Pearl

Beautiful home on Indian Creek, which is only 3 miles to Disney and other attractions. Our home is tastefully furnished throughout with new linens and towels and window treatments. We have a large pool and spa (fenced for safety) and a games room with a slate bed pool table, fooseball, nfl basketball game etc.

We have a large king master with en-suite, 2 queens, 1 twin and a double with a twin over. We have free WiFi and phone calls. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels and extensive baby equipment.

Our home is also alarmed for your security and we have a safe on property.

Facility	Description
Lounge	The spacious lounge is an ideal place to relax during the evening. It houses three large sofas, a dining table, storage units, a television, video recorder, DVD and numerous box games for all ages.
Kitchen	The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit; it also contains a large nook area with a breakfast table and bar stools. We supply all new china and glassware and other pots and pans, cutlery, blender and baby feeding accessories - ie. bowls, bottles, spoons, sterilising unit
Bedrooms	The property consists of 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, two with queen size beds and two twin rooms with adult beds. One of the twin rooms has been themed with Winnie the Pooh on the wall.
Bathrooms	The master has a walk in shower and garden tub. The other two full bathrooms have new accessories and are brightly decorated. We supply hairdryers for your convenience.
Pool	Through the sliding glass doors from the living room, you exit out to the luxurious pool and patio area. The backyard is private, and the combination pool and spa are screen enclosed. If the jets are not running, the spa is designed to double as a kiddy pool . The patio gets great sun exposure, and there is plenty of patio furniture to help you soak up the sun. Pool towels, pool floats and games are all at your disposal.
Games Room	The large games room is equipped with Sony Playstation, Wii, electronic basketball game, slate bed, pool table, darts board, golf green, foozeball table and children's play table with many box games to suit all ages.
Baby equipment supplied free of charge includes:	Cot Mattrice Bedding Baby Monitoring Unit Early learning toys Bibs Feeding accessories including bottles, cups, sterilising unit Potty Bouncing Chair High Chair Stroller
