If your booking is more than 10 weeks ahead we will require a reservation deposit. (Balance and security deposit would then be due 10 weeks before)
If it is less than 10 weeks to the dates required, payment will be required in full when booking, plus a security deposit.

NO, there is no smoking inside the villa, but you can smoke outside in the pool area.


Are pets allowed in the villa?

NO. Pets of any kind are not allowed.

There is a petrol station/convenience store nearby and Champions Gate golf course and shopping plaza, which has a bank/foodstore/restaurants/hairdressers/dry cleaners is a few minutes drive.

The pool which is 30ft.x 15ft. (larger than some) overlooks small lake/conservation, so you have a nice view when relaxing.There are many different kinds of wildlife that visit including birds, turtles, squirrels, rabbits, sandhill cranes.
