Our villa incorporates a spacious living/dining room with 2 sofa's and 6 seat dining table, also a family room with a 32" cable TV with recording facility, a DVD Recorder and 2 sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed.
There is fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker & blender. There is also a bistro table & 4 chairs.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has access to the pool area, cable TV, ceiling fan, large dresser with mirror, walk-in closet leading to en-suite with large walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and w.c.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, cable TV, two walk-in closets and a large dresser with mirror, adjoining bathroom with over bath shower, hand basin & w.c. leading to the third bedroom which has twin beds, a walk-in closet & large tall boy drawers.
We have free unlimited US Nationwide calls and also Wi-Fi internet access.
Outside you will find the covered deck area with patio table, 4 chairs, 3 loungers and swimming pool which also has solar heating.
We have a double garage with electric door opening. There is a large washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice making facility, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a bistro table and 4 chairs in the kitchen.
