The villa is only 4 years old and is 10 minutes drive from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and only 45 minutes from either the Atlantic or Gulf Coast. In the perfect location for any type of holiday you have in mind.
The Villa has free WI FI and is furnished to an amazingly high standard, including a HD tv and free telephone calls to all of ths USA.
Attached to the pool is a large spa/Jacuzzi which also can be heated in the winter months.
Shopping centres and discount brand-name outlets will help you shop ‘til you drop. Fancy something a bit different? Kennedy Space Centre is under one hour’s drive from the villa.
The seasons estate is focused around a picturesuqe lake where you can stroll around while spotting the local wildlife.
The estate is kept to a very high standard and is mainly holiday lettings so you feel very safe.
There is also a kiddys play area on the estate.

Bedrooms:All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, equipped with built in closets and air conditioning.

Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, equipped with oven, hob, large American style fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and telephone with free calls within florida.
Utility Room:
Utility equipment includes a large washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Family living room with cable TV and DVD player. Large sofas, coffee tables, and lamps. Leads on to pool deck. Second living for some "quiet time". Furnished with 2 large sofas, HD TV and 8 seat dining table.
Pool Area: The pool is south facing so gets the warmth of the sun every day, all day. There is a shaded area with lighting so you can sit out with drinks after dark. Attached to the pool is a jacuzzi which is heated.
A safety fence can also be fitted when children are staying at the villa.
Other:
Games room located in the garage featuring a pool table, air hockey and foosball.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
All linens and towels are provided. Villa will be cleaned prior to guest arrival and again after departure.

Sun loungers and a large deck area will make it easy for you to top up that tan. The deck area also has a removable safety net for the smaller children if required. Out front, you will find a beautifully maintained garden with off road parking and a double garage. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated if required for an additional charge. |

| Further details: | The nearest supermarket to the villa is Wal-Mart. It is less than 2 minutes drive. Kissimmee hosts a variety of places to eat out, from "all you can eat buffets" with something to please even the pickiest of eaters, to more occasional restaurants such as the Outback Steakhouse. You will also find traditional American cuisine at diners such as Denny's, or why not try pancakes at IHOP (International House Of Pancakes)?? You are never more than a few minutes drive from all the necessities, including pharmacies and internet cafes. |
