The dining room seats eight and overlooks the front garden and the California Blue Palm.
The South-facing pool area has a spacious lanai with a ceiling fan/light and poolside furniture consisting of a table with seating for six, four sun loungers with cocktail tables and further seating for four. Several pool toys are available for the children. A pool safety fence is provided for safety of small children. The pool backs onto more California Blue Palms and a large expanse of grassland so that it is not overlooked from the rear. The pool can be heated in the Winter - please ask.
The kitchen has everything you might want including a large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, waste disposal, all utensils and a large closet.
