Our beautiful four-bedroom, four bathroom home is situated in a secure, gated community, just minutes from Champions Gate. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in wardrobes, while the en-suite has a corner bath and step in shower. Bedroom two has its own adjacent bathroom. Bedrooms three and four share another, interconnected bathroom. The extensive living area has a sofa bed, formal dining area with dining room suite and a family area. The superbly appointed kitchen has every convenience for your stay including dishwasher, washer, dryer, waste disposer and microwave, and has a further breakfast area. Outside, with the pool and extended pool deck, there is a covered lanai, perfect for those alfresco meals. The pool area of the villa is south west facing, and has the benefit of the sun for the majority of the day. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are provided. There is also a further bathroom/ toilet and external freshwater shower for convenience around the pool. Our luxury home is in a very convenient location for easy access to the coast on the Interstate 4, and for the main attraction areas of Disney, Universal and Sea World.

The living accommodation is spacious and comfortable with lounge and open plan kitchen, dining area and breakfast area. The lounge is equipped with a brand new 40in widescreen tv and Blu-ray DVD player, hi-fi and 7 seater suite to help you relax. FiOS (Fibre Optic) wireless Internet access is provided. We have also provided free international landline calls to the UK, USA and Canada for your convenience.

Excellent kitchen facilities are essential and the spacious kitchen is equipped with every appliance you will require to make your stay perfect. This includes a large cooker/ oven, microwave, large fridge and ice-making freezer, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, new 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery and cutlery is provided as well as glassess and cooking utensils

For your convenience the utility room is superbly equipped with an oversize washing machine and tumble dryer

The 4 large bedrooms are capable of accommodating 8 people in comfort with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, with kidney-shaped bath, shower, toilet and twin hand basins. There are also 2 large walk-in wardrobes. 2 further adults can be accomodated on the new bed settee provided

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with its own adjacent bathroom . Bedrooms 3 and 4 are interconnected by their own bathroom which can be individually locked off from the other twin to make an en-suite bathroom as required. All bed linen and towels are provided. Cable tv is provided in three of the bedrooms

A baby cot, high chair, baby bouncer chair and double buggy is provided for the smallest members of the family. Some baby bedding is provided

Possibly the most important part of the villa, the private pool is ideal for unwinding after a hectic day in the theme parks or for cooling dips when lazing around in the sun. The 27ft x 13ft pool comes complete with underwater lighting for those midnight dips if you are still awake and optional pool heating is available if required. The pool is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard by our management company. A special safety netting is provided, along with security locks on the pool patio doors for that extra peace of mind when children are in the villa and should be used when the pool is not in use. There is also an external toilet and freshwater shower.
The decking around the pool has been extended to give greater space and shade. The deck is fully screened and equipped with poolside table, comfortable padded chairs, reclining loungers and occasional tables.

A brand new addition to the villa is the garage conversion to a games room where the whole family can play pool on the 8ft slate base pool table complete with over table lighting, start your own mini soccer league on the foosball table or test your speed and reflexes on the air hockey table.

The Sanctuary at West Haven is a secure, gated community, situated on a brand new complex. The magnificent Champions Gate is just minutes away with supermarket, hairdressers, petrol station, fast food restaurants and take-aways.
The area is surrounded by magnificent scenery, especially orange and lemon groves, and is home to a brand new 36 hole golf course specially designed by Greg Norman, housing the internationally acclaimed David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are two courses, the National and the International, enough to challenge all ranges of golfing expertise, so for any keen golfers, this is right on your doorstep.
