The master and second bedroom each have queen beds and spacious en-suite facilities, walk-in wardrobes and their own doors onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a bathroom. Linen and towels are provided. We also provide pool towels. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this caliber. The lounge area has a 42” Plasma with cable and DVD with a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. There is also Cable TV to each television throughout the property, and music system in the lounge. We have a Wii games consul with various games.

We offer a telephone with free local and international calls and we have a wireless-free internet connection. You will find a laptop and printer for your convenience. A safe is available for you.

Should you have small children we offer a cot, high chair and stroller at no additional charge.

There is a games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private pool any time with mood lighting for the evening and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings…

The sun deck and pool is south facing and looks out to tree-lined conservation land, which means you have maximum sun all year round. There is a covered lanai and an area of shaded seating. We also have a table with parasol and some sun loungers. You will find a gas BBQ available for your use.
