The villa has five bedrooms. The main bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with twin basins, walk in shower and bath. There are two further double bedrooms and two twin rooms as well as two family bathrooms, each family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.. There is a large family lounge with cable TV and a DVD player. A second lounge which can be used as a children's lounge also with flat screen TV/DVD player and Play station 3 with games. The fully equiped kitchen has a built in oven with hob, a dish washer and a large fridge with ice and slush maker as well as a microwave. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron in the garage. Also in the garage set up as as a games room is a pool table and an air hockey table. The dining area is part of the kitchen/ diner and seats up to 8 people. The villa comes equiped with all bedding and fluffy towels as well as a WIFI connection, cable tv and telephone with free local calls.
A 10% deposit is required within ten days of a booking being made. The balance due 30 days prior to the departure date. Check in time is after 4pm daily with check out by 11am.
