PINE VIEW VILLA is a beautiful 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with Games Room and SW facing Pool/Spa. The house is located on the prestigious 'HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB' on Highway 27. There is very easy access from the community to all the entertainment in the Disney area (approx 15 mins), Seaworld and the Universal Parks (approx 25-30 mins). The main shopping malls are within a 30 minutes drive. The coast is about 1.5 hours away. Highway 192, with its great selection of restaurants and entertainment is only 2 miles further North.

The foyer in this beautifully maintained villa opens up into the spacious and airy Great Room which features vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows and a centrepiece fireplace. It is furnished with 2 sofas and chairs, coffee table and occasional furniture and lamps. An entertainment centre has a large digital cable TV and there is a supply of family board games.

The Great Room leads off to the fully fitted luxury a dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped kitchen, which comprises a breakfast bar and stools andwith a double door fridge with icemaker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is an informal seating area with sofa, which leads through the patio doors to the covered Lanai and out onto the pool area.

The South/West facing pool deck is upgraded and extended and privately screened. The 28 x 14 ft pool has underwater lighting and jets. A relaxing spa adjoins the pool and heating is available for both. The whole area overlooks the beautiful 10th fairway and the fully irrigated garden stretches down towards the pine trees. The garden is lit in the evening, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Pool furniture, including table/chairs & parasol and sun loungers, is supplied for your relaxation in this glorious setting. Leading from the Great Room is the Master Bedroom, which has a large window overlooking the pool area. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser, cable TV, and large walk-in closet which is fitted with a security safe. Adjoining the bedroom is the Master Bathroom featuring a large tiled walk-in shower, Roman bath tub, double vanity units and wc. A hairdryer and towels are supplied.

The stairs lead up to an open plan galleried lounge or loft, which overlooks the Great Room. The window has views onto the golf course. It has an entertainment centre including a large digital cable TV, DVD and CD player, and also a Playstation II console. A selection of DVD's/CD's is supplied. This room has easy access to storage and the second bathroom.

There are two more bedrooms, further along the hallway, which sleep 4 people. They are fitted with large closets, and are furnished with Queen beds, dressers, TV's and clock radios. These three rooms share the 2nd bathroom, which contains a bath, shower, vanity basin and wc. Hairdryers and Bath towels are supplied.

On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom, with wc and handbasin. The Laundry Room is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Bed Linen & Towels are supplied.

Leading from the Laundry room is the Games room and garage. The games room has a pool table, table soccer, and darts board. It is also furnished with a TV, bar table and bar stools. Also included are tennis rackets for use at the nearby tennis courts. There are 2 new bicycles provided for your use around Highlands Reserve.
