About Samms Place
An ideal base for that relaxing beach holiday with many fabulous quiet gulf coast beaches near to hand, yet still within easy driving of the major attractions at Sarasota, St Petersburg, Tampa, and The Everglades.The rear garden & pool overlooking a quiet green belt area is screened with beautiful bottlebrush trees. With a southwesterly aspect you can enjoy your margaritas as the sun sets.
Beautifully furnished to a high standard offering:
Master queen bedroom with large walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with double marble topped vanity sinks, whirlpool bath and walk in shower.
Bedroom two with double size bed.
Bedroom three with two twin beds.
Second full bathroom between these 2 bedrooms.
Family room with two seating areas, one with 32" Flat screen LCD T.V. with Cable and Home Theatre system for playing CDs , DVDs and IPOD the other overlooking the pool with two comfy sofas.
TV area also has queen size sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, waste disposal unit, cooking utensils.
Nook adjoining kitchen with formal dining for 6 overlooking pool, additional breakfast bar with 2 bar stools and outside a covered lanai with gas barbecue and comfortable seating for 6 for 'al fresco dining'.
Utility room with large capacity washing machine & dryer.
Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans to all rooms.
Solar heated pool (recommended November - April). Extended pool deck with sun loungers.
Additional half bathroom accessed from lanai.
All linens & towels provided also available for guests are hairdryers, beach chairs and games, beach towels, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, five adult bicycles (his & hers) with helmets, 2 tennis racquets and a set of golf clubs.
Two car garage.
Local amenities: Biking, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife spotting, shopping, great local restaurants, 16 screen cinema at the mall, swimming, sailing, water-skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. Walmart 24 hour superstore, Winn-Dixie and Publix supermarkets are all within 10 mins drive.
For the golfer there are numerous courses in the area including five on Rotonda, Long Marsh has been recommended as the best by our guests.
Our local Management Company are on call for peace of mind.
Please note No Smoking inside the Villa and No pets allowed.
Rental from £550-600 per week, depending on dates and length of stay and number of guests.

Yes we had a fab time and the weather was record temps for October!!!!! We wish we could have stayed longer!! The villa was great and very well equipped and the local area and beaches are beautiful plus the restaurants and the local people are great that's why we love it there!!!!!

We thought your house was lovely. Beautifully decorated - loved the pineapple and seaside themes, spotlessly clean and with every amenity. We have never been to Florida before but think we were very lucky to have found your house on the internet and we would certainly consider visiting again. We played two rounds of golf on different courses and had a great time - everyone was very welcoming and friendly and of course the weather was fantastic. Fascinated by the alligators but were blase about them by the end of the week!

We had a really fabulous holiday once again. Spent lots of happy hours down at Boca Grande beach which we love. We found stump pass marina this time, you'd never know it was there !! Saw some lovely sunsets there and food good too !!

Thanks for the use of your lovely villa, we made good use of the bikes as they were a great way of exploring Rotonda. The pool was very hot some 95F almost body temperature, but very nice.
