Living Area
The open plan and airy family room faces out on to the South facing pool and extended deck while allowing you to stay in the cool offered by the typical high Florida ceiling with its central fan. This African themed room which enjoys two couches allows you to unwind and relax while either listening to the stereo, watching one of the many cable tv stations or enjoying one of the many films on offer in our extensive DVD collection on our new 50 inch Plasma TV.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with just about everything you could need and more for an impromptu meal or full blown feast! It comes with large fridge/freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, cooker, cordless kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, and wine glasses.
Dining
The house offers two dining areas to suit your mood. A wrought iron set with glass top allows you to dine more informally in the open plan kitchen / family room. The second dining area is designed for slightly more formal meals allowing you to relax after a busy day with a glass of wine and enjoy the ambient and soothing atmosphere - the perfect end to a yet another memorable day in the Florida sun!
Bedrooms
The house has five bedrooms - the spacious master suite with its sumptuous pillow top American king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player and patio doors opening out on to the pool deck for that early morning dip. This room enjoys a large en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, walk in shower, large corner tub, walk in closet and safe.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, tv/dvd combi closet and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, being shared with the third twin bedroom directly to your right as you enter the house.
There are two further twin rooms, one based on a Disney theme with a fabulous hand painted mural depicting several Disney characters and Cinderella’s castle and sharing the third Mickey Mouse bathroom.
The fifth bedroom has been decorated on an African wildlife theme with co-ordinating accessories and bedlinnen.
Pool/Deck
The extended South facing pool deck catches the Florida sun all day long and who can resist cooling off in the 30 x 15 feet pool or luxuriating in the spa? Plenty of pool furniture allows you to dine al fresco or just sit and enjoy another glass of wine while watching the children playing to their hearts content and discussing the highlights of the day and recounting the thrill of the rides!
Amenities
No need to bring home all those dirty clothes as we have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage. 50 inch Plasma TV with dvd player in the family room with TVs/DVD players in the bedrooms, with a selection of movies for you to watch while you unwind after a hard day at the parks. For our younger guests we provide a crib (cot) with bedding, high chair and three strollers.
