Dining Room
The dining area is tiled throughout and comprises a large table with seating for 6 on comfortable leather chairs. Tastefully decorated with moden decor and a fully adjustable floor light to set the mood for romantic meals if required.
Kitchen & Breakfast Area
Luxury kitchen with Granite worktops and Stainless Steel double sink. The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with side by side American fridge freezer with icemaker and water dispenser, dish washer, cooker with ceramic hob, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
A Breakfast bar and 2 stools compliment the additional breakfast area wich has a table with seating for 4. The telephone and wireless router are also located in the kitchen area, as well as a portable cd/radio with MP3 dock included.
Family Room
The large open plan family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with leather suite comprising 3 seater, 2 seater and a single reclining chairs. Sliding patio doors open onto the extended pool deck area with a large ceiling fan to keep you a little cooler. A 50" Plasma HDTV with HD cable subscription, DVD player with an assortment of films for you to enjoy, plus a Nintendo Wii and games for all the family to enjoy.
Games Room
The Orlando Magic themed games room comes complete with 8ft slate pool table, with enough cues etc to keep everyone happy, 6ft air hockey table and dartboard complete with darts and electronic scorer. A wall mounted 42" Plasma HDTV with HD cable box will give you all the same channels as the main TV in the family room. An exercise bike is also provided for those who want to maintain there fitness levels. There is a drinks table with stools and 2 ceiling fans to help keep you a little cooler.
Pool/Spa Area
The pool is L shaped with a Spa and waterfall. It has 2 shallow ends of 3ft , the deep end, 5f t being in the middle next to the spa and waterfall. The extended decking area is furnished with a large table that seats 6 easily plus 4 extra recliners. There is also a pool toliet with vanity basin and an external pool shower. All towels are supplied and a selection of inflatables are also availble. The removable security fence helps to keep your little ones safe and secure.
Baby Equipment
Two cots, 2 high chairs, 2 strollers are freely available to be used as well as linen, cutlery and a baby monitor/alarm.
