About Florida Palms
Florida Palms is a high class brand new home that was completed in December 2008, the attention to detail making it one of the best value for money villas in the Orlando area. A south facing pool ensures maximum exposure to the Florida sunshine and a highly desirable base for the most discerning of holidaymakers.The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 En-suites) with a maximum occupancy of 8 (+ infants) and boasts a private pool area with spa and waterfall, plus a pool shower complete with toilet facilities. It has modern and luxurious decor in all rooms, leather seating, granite worktops, marble sinks, tiled flooring throughout the living areas and fully carpeted bedrooms for maximum comfort. With a fully furnished games room, this home has pretty much everything you need for a truly wonderful vacation.
The pool area consists of a covered lanai area with patio table that seats 6 comfortably, and has 4 reclining seats (along with 2 foot stools and 2 side tables) which will suit the most ardent of sun worshippers. There are also a variety of inflatables which can be used in or around the pool, and should keep most youngsters amused for hours.
The villa is located on the prestigious new, gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which has many facilities including clubhouse, fishing pier, picnic area and boating ramp for a range of water sports.

Seperate access door leads directly onto pool deck. Bedside tables and a large dressing table ensure plenty of storage space. An en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity basin, whirlpool bath and large seperate shower area with wc. Hair dryer and heating tongs are also provided. A safe is located in the En-suite to store all your valuables. |

A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. A Breakfast bar and 2 stools compliment the additional breakfast area wich has a table with seating for 4. The telephone and wireless router are also located in the kitchen area, as well as a portable cd/radio with MP3 dock included. |
| Family Room | The large open plan family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with leather suite comprising 3 seater, 2 seater and a single reclining chairs. Sliding patio doors open onto the extended pool deck area with a large ceiling fan to keep you a little cooler. A 50" Plasma HDTV with HD cable subscription, DVD player with an assortment of films for you to enjoy, plus a Nintendo Wii and games for all the family to enjoy. |
| Games Room | The Orlando Magic themed games room comes complete with 8ft slate pool table, with enough cues etc to keep everyone happy, 6ft air hockey table and dartboard complete with darts and electronic scorer. A wall mounted 42" Plasma HDTV with HD cable box will give you all the same channels as the main TV in the family room. An exercise bike is also provided for those who want to maintain there fitness levels. There is a drinks table with stools and 2 ceiling fans to help keep you a little cooler. |
| Pool Area | The pool is L shaped with a Spa and waterfall. It has 2 shallow ends of 3ft , the deep end, 5f t being in the middle next to the spa and waterfall. The extended decking area is furnished with a large table that seats 6 easily, 2 extra recliners, 2 foot stools and 2 side tables. There is also a pool toliet with vanity basin and an external pool shower. All towels are supplied and a selection of inflatables are also availble. The removable security fence helps to keep your little ones safe and secure. |

"Fantastic Villa. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Superb location with easy access to Walmart and some good local eating places and also close to Disney and all the main attractions. We took out 2 year old daughter and she was well provided for with travel cot, stroller, baby monitor and she loved the Disney themed room.
The pool and sauna were great and the Villas facilities, games room, bedrooms, lounge, kitchen were all finished to a high standard, a real luxury home.
I cannot reccomend the Villa highly enough and John was a pleasure to deal with, We are planning a trip back soon and this will be our first port of call!"

The villa is everthing it says and more everything you could want. the best of everything.Location from disney 20 mins but straight forward run and on the way back some quiet places to eat The Shamrock and Maneys our favs.
