Watersong is a "hidden gem" of a resort - away from all the hustle and hassle of the main strip malls and shops - yet close enough for easy access. Central to the resort is a large and luxurious private clubhouse for guests to enjoy. The clubhouse features a lagoon pool, fitness centre, spa, cyber cafe, children's playground and picnic areas....as well as the surrounding woodland, conservation area, lakes and land bridges that provide a pleasant route to walk around the resort.

When you want some peace and quiet, take time-out in the large 'formal' living and dining area at the front of the home.
With it's 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms Key West offers sleeping for up to 10 people. There are two spacious master bedrooms, each with either a king or queen-size bed with walk in closet space and 26-inch flat screen cable TV. Both master suites have private master bathroom, one with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a roman tub and walk-in shower, and the other with a walk-in shower and vanity – both with toilets. Two further spacious bedrooms are ideal for the kids with 2 twin beds in each. Both have dresser, night stands with lamps and closet space – all with adjacent or nearby shared family bathroom. Finally the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort .
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with all modern amenities and luxury, corian worktops. Choose to dine in the 'formal' dining area, the breakfast nook, or al-fresco in the outdoor lanai, by the sparkling pool.
The newly designed games room offers, a professional pool table, air hockey and table soccar. Here, the kids can relax to watch DVD's on a flat screen 32in LCD TV.

Family Room
Adjacent to the kitchen is the Family Room, which is the hub of this vacation home. Here everyone can relax to watch the 42in LCD TV, featuring premium digital channels as well as the regular cable selection. There is also a DVD player availabe.Comfortable soft furnishings and additional art work add to the ambiance of this well appointed property.
Kitchen and Nook
The luxury kitchen is furnished to a high standard with white cabinets and luxury corian work surfaces. It includes all modern amenities such as, a conventional oven, microwave, dish washer, large fridge/freezer with ice maker & chilled water dispensor, waste disposal, kettle and toaster etc.. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining nook with window seat overlooking the pool area and lanai and is furnished with comfortable high seat chairs and dining table.
The Lounge Area
Situated to the front of the house, with grand staircase and vaulted ceiling. This comfortable lounge area, with modern leather suite, coffee table and subtle lighting creates a luxurious and restfull atmosphere.
The Dining Area
A formal dining area, comfortably seating six, with an additional, attractive window seat. Adjacent to the kitchen, the family can dine easily and in comfort before retiring for the evening at the end of another perfect day.
The Lanai
The Lanai is a pleasant area for eating alfresco or just relaxing by day or evening. Rest a while with a snack or simply a glass of wine. Admire the sunset whilst listening to natures own sounds over the rippling of the spa against the backdrop of woodland vista.
The Master Bedroom
This very spacious Master with En suite offers an excellent place to rest your head. With a King Size bed and ceiling fan it is easy to create to optimum atomsphere for a good nights sleep. A large dresser and cabinets together with a 26in LCD TV maintain the standards one would expect from a vacation home of this quality.The en suite offers a spacious area to freshen up in the large walk in shower or roman bath and includes his/her vanity Unit with hairdryer provided. A large walk in dressing room and seperate WC further enhance this well equipped facility.
Second Master Bedroom
The second master suite is a modern, spacious bedroom with full en suite facilities. The room offer a queen size bed, 26in LCD TV, walk in wardrobe, dresser and cabinets. The centre ceiling fan will assist in providing a pleasant atomsphre throughout the night.
First Twin Room
This room pleasantly decorated room overlooks the pool and conservation area. It offers twin beds, dresser, bedside cabinets and a built in wardrobe for your convenience. There is a centre ceiling fan and light, with additional bedside lamps. The family bathroom is easily accessible from both twin bedrooms.
Second Twin Room.
This room overlooks the pool and conservation area. It is stylishly decorated with twin beds, bedside cabinets, table lamps adequate storage and a centre ceiling fan.
The Games Room
A special feature of this vacation home is the Games Room. Equipped with a modern professional pool table and light, air hockey and table football, the kids can unwind whilst mum and dad relax elsewhere. Chill out in an air conditioned environment to watch a DVD on the 32in LCD TV, or listen to your own IPOD music, on a fully amplified speaker system. All in all, a fabulous way to make the most of your free time.
The Pool / Spa Area.
The fabulous pool area is west facing and has conservation views. Boasting a 40 x 30 foot deck, which hosts a 30 x 15 foot private pool and spa. A full enclosure offers additional security and privacy together with a childrens safety fence and pool heat being optional on request. Sun longers and casual table / chairs are available for your use during the day and throughout the evening. After dark pool lighting offers the perfect atmosphere for a night to remember in the warmth of a Florida evening.
