We just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for letting us rent your lovely home in Davenport. It really was the "home from home" feeling and some!!

The pool was a welcome break after a long day of shopping and parks. To come back and just flop into the sun loungers with a glass of wine was the best feeling!

Everything was in order at the villa and had no complaints about anything. The neighbourhood is quiet and is a mix of holiday villas and local residents.

On a personal note - Your response to email and phonecalls is excellent. It's nice knowing that you get back to us with any questions that we need answering so promptly.

Having travelled to Florida a number of times and stayed in different villas, we would have no hesitation in recomending this to others and coming back ourselves in the future. In fact - We have just recomended your villa to some friends.

The only regret is that we missed Shuttle Launch due to them cancelling it!!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Florida at Kevin's villa.

The first thing I have to say about the villa is that, although there are a good number of quality pictures on the website, they do not do the villa justice: The rooms are bigger than they look on the website.

The main living area is decorated in light colours and is nice and airy. There is an incredibly comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater that you sink into and do not want to get up from. There's a handy coffee table in front of the seats so you can enjoy a couple of slices of pizza and a beer while sitting down to watch a bit of up-to-date Judge Judy in the Tv which has full cable. There's also a boogie box next to the TV which will stretch to the sliding door to the pool so you can have music while in or at the poolside.

There's a little breakfast bar with stools that joins the living room to the kitchen and my 14 yr old son loved sitting there every morning to his eggs and Oscar Meyer bacon which I cooked up on the electric cooker. Full pots/pans/crockery/cutlery/utensils are in the kitchen as is the fantastic dishwasher to clean them in (2 weeks of no washing dishes, yahoo!) There's a nice little 4 seater dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy a home-cooked or delivered meal if you prefer to be away from the TV while eating.

The kitchen has a door to the massive garage where you'll find a big American waching machine and a separate dryer. Also an iron and ironing board in the garage.

The main bedroom has a superkingsize bed, a TV hooked up with full cable, a chest of drawers, a walk in wardrobe and en-suite with a shower big enough for 2. There is a sliding door here that allows access to the pool area.

There are 2 other bedrooms in the villa, one with a double bed, chest of drawers, radio and an alarm clock. The other room has 2 single beds and a playstation 2. Both of these rooms have a bathroom between them.

The pool at the villa is not huge, but it's perfect for diving into first thing in the morning to stretch out those muscles before the day's events begin, or to slide into after an exhausting day at the theme parks. We were there 2nd and 3rd week in September and didn't need the pool heating - the temperature in the pool was perfect. There is a table with chairs, a couple of loungers, and lots of pool inflatables and toys at the villa (we left a couple of rubber rings, an inflatable chair and a big beach ball) so you don't need to bring any with you. If you want to buy some more pool toys, there's a Publix supermarket less than 2 miles along the road.

Shopping and dining at Applebees or the local takeaways are less than a 5 min drive away, and the location of the villa is perfect for everywhere. Getting to Disney/Universal/Tampa is very easy - 5 mins from I4.

The villa is in a very quiet gated community. At the weekends we heard and saw a few young kids playing out but during the week it was very quiet. There's a clubhouse with a larger pool if you want some exercise and there's a small gym with some excellent bits of fitness equipment.

In conclusion: The low rental price of this villa may make you think that it's sub-standard, but you'd be wrong. 4 of our friends had a different villa during our stay, and we visited them. Their villa was almost identical to ours but they paid almost double what we did. I highly reccommend Kevin's villa, but please don't even think about going in September because we want to go every year!

The villa is lovely. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. it was easily big enough for my family of 6 and the two boys are basically adults. One of them slept on the sofa though because they understandably did not want to share a bed! That worked fine but I suppose it would work better for smaller children or 5 adults. The pool was lovely and we didnt bother heating it because we were out so much and the weather was so good it got quite warm by the end of our stay. It was nice to sit out by it in the evening. The managing agent out there called Richie was really helpful and was the person who informed us of the volcano and made sure we knew what was going on. The villa was quite easy to find from the airport although we did have a sat nav and that made a big difference - also for going to Disney etc. It was easy to get to the parks about 30 mins in the car and also straightforward. Really liked the water parks and Universal the best. The villa complex was very quiet when we were there (Easter) and there was a bigger pool at the club but we didnt bother with it. It would have been more fun to visit if there had been more people staying and it was a bit too cool at Easter so we were happy to stay at the villa. I looked around at other villas from the outside and would say that ours was definitely one of the nicest designs and layouts.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Florida. We booked last minute so we were not sure what to expect of the house and surrounding area but were very pleased with what we got. The house was large,clean and had everything you could possibly need. All of the theme parks were not too far away and restaurants were all over the place. We will definately be visiting again. absolutely fantastic villa, helped make our vacation. kevin and brenda answered all our questions and were very helpfull even providing great easy to follow directions from the airport. very well kept luxury villa in great surroundings with a lovely heated pool.

The villa was well above our expectations close to supermarket and restaurants and atm and within 15mins of disney.

Will definately be back in the future if available. worth every penny.

WE HAVE BEEN TO Orlando many times and have stayed at this villa for the last two years. This Villa is one of the best homes we have stayed at very clean and compact great pool.

Had a great time! the villa was just perfect. close to disney etc. Would reccomend!! Kevin was very helpfull,sharing lots of tips for our first visit. Thank you xx

Stayed in the villa for two weeks in July / August 09 with wife and two boys.

The accommodationa was excellent value for money in a great location. Kevin was most helpful, both in terms of arranging the booking and providing directions from the airport etc.

Would definately consider staying there again.

Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks August 09 and the villa was lovely, really clean and well equipped. Kids loved the pool. It was a good location for Disney and also the shops and restuarant. Kevin was really helpful and answered any questions we had, and also promptly returned our security deposit cheque. Would definately stay there again. Tks Kevin was had a brilliant holiday.
