Good morning Doug, I am sorry I missed your reply e-mails, it seems some of my e-mails are going to our home e-mail address rather than my personal e-mail. Anyway, the house was awesome! The kids were very happy to have their own rooms, and bathrooms, and the pool, hot tub, and especially the ping pong table got a lot of use. My wife and I were very happy with the proximity to everything, shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and grocery stores. The house in that community was safe and secure, and it was very easy to relax. I was able to read a book and a half standing in the pool, and lounging in the hot tub. The house was spot-less, and very well presented when we arrived.

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, and it definately won't be our last. The house has everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday. We are avid golfers, so staying on the 17th hole at Southern Dunes was a real treat for us. The house is in a fantastic, gated community and is close to shops and restaurants. The property management does a great job maintaining the pool, hot tub and the property, such an enjoyable spot. Cheers, Paul and Ang...

excellent holiday overall, Mr Doug Slaine contacted us after we arrived by telephone to ensure we arrived safely and several times over the two weeks that we were there, this was an unexpected "nice" touch. the accommodation was excellently placed with the swimming pool looking onto the 17th fairway of the golf course(unfortunately the course was closed rof maintenance) any problems were dealt with efficiently by Russell from the management team, the heated pool and hot tub were cleaned twice during our stay of two weeks. all in the villa was an excellent place to relax after a day at the park or the malls.....thanks again Doug and hope to see you at slain castle some day

WE HAVE TWO MASTER SUITES with ensuites both , takes away the problem of who gets the master and ensuite!

There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just THE 17TH HOLE. The pool is also not overlooked from the sides and we have growing bushes on both sides also WE HAVE Privacy screening - Florida Glass ON BOTH SIDES FOR YOUR PRIVACY. The View is beautiful and you won't hear any traffic noise except for the odd golfer in their golf cart around our villa.

The generous air conditioned living space totalling 1750 square feet has soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.

You can make free CANADIAN AND U.S. calls from our villa which makes life easy when you want to CALL HOME TO TELL EVERYONE HOW WARM IT IS or CHECK UP ON FAMILY IN NORTH AMERICA YOU CAN USE LOCAL PHONE SERVICE TO check the opening times of theme parks, order a takeout or book a meal at a dinner show. We have also added wireless DSL internet access and a laptop , so you can travel lighter..
