The villa can only be described as ‘amazing’. It is a home from home. The games room, pool and spa are enough to keep everyone occupied as well as the array of restaurants and theme parks only 10-15 minutes away. A phone call from the owner was a nice personal touch, and made us feel that little bit more special. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Excellent location for all the Disney parks along with easy access to the interstate and international drive. Spacious and luxury house with the independence to spend time relaxing at the villa and make full use of the large private pool or to spend your days out and about. Great to be able to visit the Disney parks and still come home and relax in the comfort of your own home in the afternoon Excellent choice of food and clothes shopping within the vicinity of the villa. I would never stop in a hotel again if visiting Florida and would fully recommend this villa, I would rent it again.

We have just returned from our holiday in Orlando staying at VillaCaroleLynne. What a lovely holiday it was mainly due to the excellent accommodation at this villa. It as our first time on a self catering holiday in a villa as we are very definitely hotel people but after staying here our ideas have somewhat changed. The villa is a lovely property in a very accessible part of Orlando. It is extremely easy to reach from the airport and all the major Disney parks etc are only a short distance away as well as some other interesting places to visit. There are many good restaurants within a few minutes by car and if you wish to cater for yourself Publix supermarket and Walmart are also just a few minutes away. Although all these amenities are so close, the villa has an air of tranquillity and calmness being situated in a very pleasant area called Tuscan Hills. It is tucked away in the corner of a small cul-de-sac and is extremely private at the back of the property where there is a lovely pool area and sunbathing area. The pool area is completely screened which makes it excellent for enjoying the sunshine without the creepy crawlies and insects which are so typical of Florida. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset from the poolside. The interior of the house has a very calm ambience with lovely décor and furnishings and feels extremely homely when returning after a hectic day out. The beds are probably the most comfortable that we have ever slept in! The abundance of bathrooms is definitely a plus, especially if there is more than one family staying there! The games room in the garage would be a god-send if you had smaller children staying with you! There was an abundance of towels and bed linen should you need it and everything you could possibility wish for was in the kitchen. Although all the Disney attractions are within 15 to 20 mins from the villa – remember that there is another side to Florida as well as Disney! We visited some lovely places within an hour of the villa – Lakeridge Winery was a pleasant afternoon trip. The small town of Celebration just a few miles away is idyllic with a lovely walk around the lake. A visit to Mount Dora (about 45 mins away) is a trip back into the past. An hour down I4 West brings you to the beautiful Tampa Bay area. Just 10 minutes away is the Disney Boardwalk Hotel where a walk around the lake on the boardwalk is a very relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon. All this of course if you can manage to drag yourself away from VillaCaroleLynne. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and we hope to return in the not too distant future with our daughters and our grandchildren. It is an excellent property for both couples seeking a restful holiday as we were, but also for families with children seeking the magic Disney.
