Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa will ensure you and your family will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. Located on the beautiful community of Sandy Ridge, noted for its beautiful conservation land, our villa is just 10 minutes from Disney.
The spacious modern accommodation is luxuriously furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned. The living room, with its high vaulted ceiling, includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, Playstation 2 and a stereo system, all perfect to keep kids (and adults) entertained! If you don't fancy dining out at one of the many local restaurants, the fully equipped kitchen contains all modern conveniences including a large fridge / freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa has a wireless broadband connection and we are also able to offer FREE national and international phone calls. Our villa is child friendly and there is a cot, 2 highchairs and stroller available free of charge, as well as a child safety fence around the pool. The villa is also fully alarmed and monitored 24 hours per day.
There are two master bedrooms, one having a kingsize bed, the other a queen, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and have access to the family bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided and each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and cable TV.
Our villa boasts an extended decking area with high quality pool furniture and offers the ideal setting to top up your tan in the Florida sunshine. The private swimming pool and spa are the perfect way to stay cool or to relax after a busy day at the theme parks, whilst the covered lanai (patio area) is ideal for those seeking shade from the midday sun or for al fresco dining.
Our home is centrally located for all of Orlando's top attractions. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Epcot and Disney's two water parks are just 10-15 minutes away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and all of the other attractions, restaurants and bars on International Drive are within 25 minutes. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and even the beautiful golden beaches of Florida's Gulf coast are only a short distance away. Sandy Ridge is just a few minutes from the world renowned Champions Gate golf complex (designed by Greg Norman) as well as many other golf courses to suit all abilities. The Orlando Premium Factory Outlet, Festival Bay and Belz shopping malls are all close by and offer designer labels and brand names at incredibly low prices.
