5. Does the home have security?
our home is in gated communities and have a good security record. Our guests have stated that they feel safe both day and night.
6. How close is my vacation rental property to Disney?
The vacation home is within 15 minutes of Disney and 25 minutes from Universal and Sea World. Directions to all parks are provided within your welcome folder. You will find this waiting for you at your vacation home.

8. Is there a phone at the property?
The home is equipped with at least one phone for outgoing and incoming calls.Local calls are free, Our arrival pack provides the telephone number of the property that you are staying at for your use. You can obtain phone cards from all major stores and gas stations to call Europe. The calls are not expensive and the cards start at $10. Your Welcome folder will have country dialing codes for your convenience.
9. Is smoking allowed in the vacation homes?
Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the homes. Every villa has an outdoor designated smoking area.
10. Are pets accepted?
unfortunately pets cannot be accepted.
11. Are there stores near by?
YES, including convenience grocery stores.
12. Do I need travel insurance?
As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical insurance.
13. What will the weather be like when we arrive?
While we can’t guarantee exactly what the weather will be like when you stay,we do have a pretty clear idea of how the weather will be for the period that you stay, based on the monthly averages.
Please note that, because of the sub-tropical nature of Florida’s climate, rainstorms can be sudden and heavy. So in the peak months of rainfall (June through September), rain typically falls daily in the afternoon for a short period before clearing to give superb weather.

14. Is Maid Service included in the price?
The villa is rented to guests on a “Self-catering” basis.
our agents' Dreaming Orlando properties' cleanes on departure of every guest party, and inspects prior to your arrival. For your convenience and hygiene, each home is provided with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, mop, brush and pan for maintaining the property cleanliness during your stay. All homes are treated regularly for insects, and the pools are treated to maintain their cleanliness.
Some guests that stay for a longer period (over 10 days) request a mid-term clean, which can be arranged in advance through our office for a standard fee.
15. What if something breaks at our home?
As our guest, you will have the telephone number of the managers who live a short distance from your home. They are available throughout your stay to deal with any problems that might arise with your home. This support is 24/7, with emergency calls handled outside the business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
16. What essentials should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes – With all the theme parks there is a lot of walking, your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day.
Items to cover up from the sun, such as: hats, sun block lotion, and sun glasses - the Florida sun can get to be a scorcher, also drink plenty of fluids.
Bug repellent - in the summer months the bugs are on vacation too.
Swimming suits and beach towels - there is nothing better after spending all day at the theme parks than returning to the pool or spa for a relaxing swim.
Photo and/or video camera - the only true way to rub it in to your friends and neighbors how much fun you and your family had on your vacation.
Other Suggestions - when visiting the theme parks, pack as lightly as possible. Also, if a stroller is coming with you, invest in the light umbrella strollers, which can be found at any Wal-Mart for approximately $15.00.
17. How do I book my vacation villa through Dreaming Orlando?
You can either book through our secure on line system or simply call the contact number nearest to you and one of our booking staff will help you secure your booking.
18. When do I pay the deposit/final payment/security deposit?.
In brief, your deposit payment of £300 is due at the time of booking, to confirm and hold the reservation. Final payment of all rentals, options, and taxes are due 6 WEEKS prior to your arrival date.
19. What is your cancellation policy?
If the Client wishes to cancel the booking he/she should advise us immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter or email. Upon receipt of such notification We will (without obligation to the Client) use their best endeavours to obtain a replacement letting and, if such replacement is obtained will refund to the Client any monies paid less the deposit. If we are not able to re-let We will be entitled to retain all payments already made and if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows:
More than 60 days before arrival Deposit forfeited
30 - 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge
Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge
20. What time is check-in?
Check-in time is after 4:00pm. However, you may arrange to have an early check-in with us if available, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to your check-in.
21. What time is checkout?
Checkout time is before 10:00am. However, you may arrange to have a late check-out with us if available, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to your check-in.
