The lake has a sand beach and a separate fishing dock which is home to some very large sunfish. The villa is located just off Highway 192 behind the 24hr Walmart and Medieval Times. You will be just minutes away from a large choice of restaurants, shopping malls and many, many golf courses.
Out of consideration to all our guests no smoking or pets are permitted within the villa, however smoking is allowed within the covered lanai area.

Spongebob Squarepants themed Bedroom 3 has comfortable twin beds ideal for all ages with cable TV & GameCube.

Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed for a further two guests, digital TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a DVD/CD/MP3 player. Garage has been converted into a Games Room with an 8 foot pool table, foosball & electronic dartboard. A conversion top allows the Pool Table to be quickly converted into a Table Tennis table. Additional lighting, bar stools & fan are provided for extra comfort
