The immediate neighbourhood is upscale and houses other vacation rental properties as well. The villa is close to Sea World, Universal studios, Medieval Times and other restaurants: it is ideally located for exploring the central Florida region.


Bedrooms

The luxurious King Bedroom Suite (Master Bedroom) has a large King Bed with TV and large en-suite full bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower and offers direct sliding door access to the pool. The furniture is the elegant and well appointed. The Queen Bedroom suite has a large King bed with a private full bathroom with tub and shower and has a TV. Royal Palm Villa has two bedroom suites, which defines luxury for our guests.

The Children's Bedroom is themed with double bottom bunk and twin top bunk beds. The fourth Bedroom has two twin beds and is directly accessible from the pool area. Both the Children’s Bedroom and the Fourth Bedroom share a full bathroom with Tub. The sunny and spacious Living room can accommodate two more persons, so that in total the villa can sleep 10 people.

Living Area

The Living Area is an elegent and comfortable mix of function and space. There are sofas and an entertainment center with DVD and cable TV. It opens directly on to the Pool area and has sunny and cheerful look.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with plates, cups and dishes, stove and microwave: it is fully ready to serve you. Groceries are at Super walmart, which is about 2 minutes drive away: and even walkable. If you would prefer not to drive or walk, then cab services are available.

Games Room

Darts and Airhockey. Includes 12-in-1 game table. Recent additions include 12-in-1 game table, Playstation 2, Ping Pong and Darts.

Pool Deck Area.

Sunny and with a large pool area this Private Pool is sure hit. There are pr.ivacy screens to protect your privacy and deck chairs to help you relax.
