Located on the established residential community of Westridge, just off Hwy 27 and situated less than 15 minutes from Disney World. Our subdivision has its own communal area with a swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, floodlit tennis court, soccer pitch and a children's play area, all within 2 minutes walk from the Villa. We have provided sports equipment for your use on this sports area.
There are at least three 18 hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive from the Villa and dozens within an hour of the Villa.

Our luxury, fully air conditioned, villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 3 bathrooms. As well as cooling during the hot summer months the air conditioning can be used to heat the villa during the cooler winter periods. You can enjoy your own south facing private screened heated swimming pool and separate hot spa. The spa can be heated separately to be hotter than the pool, (additional cost for pool/spa heating. You can also pay for Spa heating only). All this is in a covered patio/lanai with a shaded seating area for outside dining. The pool is not overlooked and in a very quiet area.
POOL AREA
For your children's safety, there are pool alarms on all the patio doors giving access onto the lanai to alert you if your child tries to access the pool area.
Luxury padded Patio furniture is included, with recliners, chairs and a table, along with a Gas BBQ for all your al-fresco dining. There is also a ceiling fan outdoors under the lanai which will help to keep you cool on those extra hot days.
The villa is wheelchair friendly having wide doors and situated on one level.
LIVING ROOM
The entrance foyer leads into the first of two comfortable living rooms. This first sitting room is spacious with a 32' TV connected to a Playstation 2 and DVD player. Games and DVDs are provided.
FAMILY ROOM
The main living room (Family Room) is larger and tastefully decorated to a high standard, allowing you to sit back and relax in the luxury leather suite & pleasant surroundings. It has a lovely view over the pool. It is equipped with a large (46") TV with DVR cable, featuring scores of channels, including ESPN and Fox Sports(for all the soccer) plus a combi DVD/VCR. There is a selection of film DVDs and music CD's for your enjoyment. A small library of books and some family games are provided for those quieter evenings. This room also has large NEW patio doors that lead out to the screened pool and patio area.
DINING ROOM
The formal dining room, with new furniture, leads off from the first living room and is adjacent to the kitchen. The Nook is a smaller dining area with a circular 4 seater table next to the kitchen, and overlooks the pool area. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar too, to give you more choice of where you dine.
A telephone is conveniently situated in the living room. Free calls are inclusive (Calls to European mobiles NOT included).
The Villa is equipped with High speed Internet & Wi-fi.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has just undergone a makeover, having new counter-tops, sink, facet(taps) and door fronts fitted. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, a full sized cooker and hob, built in microwave oven, dishwasher and a large side by side American fridge/freezer with ice making facilities. Smaller appliances include a kettle, 4 slice toaster, blender & coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a host of other kitchen gadgets are supplied to ensure that there is everything you need for your cooking and dining requirements. Plastic plates and glasses are provided when using the pool area.
A Utility Room, where you will find a washer and new tumble dryer, is situated between the kitchen and the garage. Also stored here is an ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your use.
GAMES ROOM
The garage has been converted into a Games room with an 8ft Pool table, Foosball table (Bar football to us Brits) and Dartboard for your enjoyment, (Not all suitable for small children).
POOL/HOT SPA
The floodlit, fully refurbished, pool (24ft x 18ft) with optional gas heating, slopes from 3ft to 6ft deep and, whilst steps lead into the water at the shallow end, the deeper end incorporates an underwater seat for you to relax in the sunshine. You can also make use of the outdoor heated spa situated alongside the pool. The underwater lights make swimming after dark even more enjoyable. There is direct access from the pool to a bathroom and shower.
MASTER BED 1
The first master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed, a remote controlled LCD television, alarm clock radio and a ceiling fan. This room has patio doors that lead you directly out onto the lanai and pool area. There is a large built-in wardrobe providing you with all the space you need and a safe for your passports etc.
The en-suite has a large walk in shower, a separate bath and his & hers vanity basins. A hair dryer is also provided.
MASTER BED 2
The second Master Suite, with external alarmed access leading onto the pool side, has a queen size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, side tables with reading lights, a TV with combined DVD/ VHS player, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and en-suite facilities.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom three is a twin bedded Disney themed kids room and has a TV with cable channels, and ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 4
Bedroom four is a twin bedded room and has a TV with cable channels and ceiling fan.
BATH 3
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are separated by a third bathroom with a vanity unit and bath with overhead shower.
For the young ones, there is a cot, high chair and push chair available for your use.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
At certain times of the year this is our home and we therefore take an extra pride in its maintenance, decor and general condition. To this end we employ a nearby Management Company to look after the day to day running of the property, they are only a free telephone call away and are there to help you and to ensure that everything is in order.
