Tropical Treat is located in The Retreat at Legacy Park, a quiet community just off the US27 and just south of Highway 192 - minutes from Walt Disney World entrance.

For golfers, there are several courses close by, and many more less than an hour away.

The nearest STORES and restaurants are about 2 miles away, 24 Hr Walmart 3miles, and the west end of Highway 192 and all of its facilities just a little further.

BEACHES on the GULF Coast or ATLANTIC Ocean are just over an hour's drive.

We bought this villa because of its amazing space - 3400 sq ft!! and have completely redecorated and furnished it; new ceiling fans, high quality furniture that includes collections from the Cindy Crawford Range.

The front formal living area provides you with comfortable sofas, loveseats and an armchair for you to relax and chat with your friends or family after enjoying your lunch or evening meal at the formal dining table.

At the rear of the property backing on to the beautiful private pool and spa you will find the family room with the Cindy Crawford furniture range and 42 inch LCD TV.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops, brand new appliances, family dining and breakfast bar, allows some to be preparing a meal at the halogen stove, and others talking over a cold beer at the breakfast bar, kids eating their lunch at the nook while the grandparent watch TV.... all still close enough to talk to whoever you want.

Access to the private pool and spa is from the family room. Of course we have provided pool alarms on the patio doors leading to the pool and there is also a child safety fence which can be removed if you decide that it not necessary.

If you don't fancy having a swim and just want to work on your tan then feel free to use the quality patio furniture that includes chairs and sun loungers as well as dining table with umbrella to help keep you cool. There is poolside bathroom for your convenience.

For those of you that prefer to sleep downstairs there is a queen master bedroom with ensuite, ceiling fan and 32 inch LCD TV.

Unlike most vacation homes where the games room is in the garage, when you walk upstairs in Tropical Treat you will find "The Den" - the air conditioned bonus room. Here you will be able to enjoy the sleeper sofa or love seat when watching a movie on the 47 inch LCD TV via the Blu-ray DVD player; or the kids can have a game of Air Hockey or Foosball. Maybe they would prefer to play on the Xbox360 instead?

The huge king master bedroom with walk in closets and ensuite with tub and shower as well as his & her washbasins and vanity lighting ensures nobody fights after the mirror. The king bed is complimented with a 42 inch LCD TV, his and her dressers, nightstands, chaise lounge and ceiling fan to help keep cool on summer nights.

Across the upstairs hallway you will found two twin bedrooms each with two twin beds along with 32 inch LCD TV/DVD combos, ceiling fans and closets.

There is also a second king master bedroom again with its own ensuite with his and her washbasins, vanity lighting, coupled with 32 inch LCD TV, ceiling fan and closets.

Other rooms upstairs include the family bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
