We had a fab time at your place , it was just lovely and the master bed was hugh. I felt like princess and the pea !
The kids really enjoyed the games room and the pool, I must say we all felt really at home.

Lovely Villa and Club House

We spent a lovely two weeks at Trafalgar Villa with the family. There was 7 of us in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa is bright, airy and most importantly - very clean.

All the bathrooms were spotless and the facilities are great and the games room kept the kids occupied, not to mention the adults.

The clubhouse is an added bonus with it's gym facility. The people running it are friendly and we had no concerns whatsoever. Would I stay at Trafalgar Villa again? - Yes most definitely!

The villa is ideally situated on a lovely community with wonderful facilities which is a relatively short drive from the airport and theme parks. The villa offers exceptional accommodation, having been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and offer plenty of storage space. The outside pool and lanai area is lovely with comfortable sun beds and outside dining facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious to work in. Having the games room is an added bonus offering pool, air hockey and table football which if travelling with kids is an excellent idea. The community facilities are excellent offering a communal pool, gym and cinema! The lounge area is with the leather sofas is very comfortable and having a large screen TV with a Playstation is a thoughtful addition. All the bedrooms have their own TV's which is also a big bonus. All in all, a wonderful villa and a lovely location and would certainly recommended to all our friends and family.

We had a great time. The villa was spot on. We arrived in the dark so the plug in sensor lights were a great welcome. Our bedroom was amazing, fantastic bed nice big tv, massive ensuite, my wife loved it. My 10 year old daughter was very happy with her room loved having her own tv. I loved watching live football in the lounge on fox soccer, dont get this at home so that was a treat. Comfy sunloungers by the pool. All in all the whole villa was great and the surrounding area, seen lots of wildlife including otters. Thanx again for letting us stay at your villa would def recommend.

Spacious and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay at your villa. It was very spacious and quiet. The layout of the house allowed for everyone's privacy which was a plus when you have 3 generations vacationing together.

I will say the pool heat worked great. It got down to 20 degrees for 3 nights and when it warmed up enough to enjoy the pool it was steamy and warm. We will return in the future but I don't think it will be at Christmas the parks were filled to capacity and we spent most of our time waiting in line, We just need to plan our next stay for a different time.

The villa was well worth the cost and we would stay there again.

GREAT VILLA

On arriving in Orlando late evening, the villa was very easy to find on Bond Street West. Access was really easy using the handy key press to enter – no messing around with keys and locks. The villa was lit with night light’s, providing a warm welcomed and saving the need to scramble around in the dark looking for switches or the alarm panel.
Once I had walked through the villa to the rear of the property where my family had parked, we went to explore the magnificent villa. The decoration and furniture is to a very high specification and the dinning area of the villa was set out giving a very hospitable and welcoming feeling.
The Master Bedroom housed the tallest bed we’d ever seen; at super queen size it fitted comfortably in the massive room (The wardrobe was bigger than my bathroom at home!). All of the rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The closets and bathrooms where also on the large size and – again – impeccably furnished and decorated.
The living room, dining area and kitchen – again, you could not fault these in any way. Big appliances, plenty of space, and generally a relaxing and comfortable environment.
The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time when we were at the villa; the quiet area was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the parks and malls. The pool was a lovely touch and great to cool down in during the day. Even in the evening in the dark, the pool can still be used thanks to the underwater lighting.
The village itself was very peaceful and the local residents very friendly and welcoming, the village is set in a large area with plenty of walk ways and places to go off the beaten track, surrounded by some very interesting birds and other wildlife. The club house was a nice touch if you have some spare down time for the gym or the cinema. The Communal pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves!
The local area outside of the village was very picturesque. If you turn left out of the village you will find a riding school only a few minutes up the road. If you continue down this road to the ‘T’ junction and turn right there is a Walmart on the left and on the right there is a Publix, Chinese take away and a few other local shops . These are the closes stores if you need more then bread and milk, the journey takes approximately 8 minutes from the villa. Turning to the right as you depart the village, you are just a short drive away from the main ‘192’ road and access to the main attractions – be sure to check out the Krispy Cream drive through! You are also just a short distance from the Interstate 4 road which will take you to Tampa, Orlando and the main attractions.
Our party of 7 had an age range from 5-65. We all had a very enjoyable and memorable holiday thanks to the comfort of the villa and the location. We would all highly recommend the villa as it provided for the perfect holiday; we will definitely stay here again on our next trip and wouldn’t even look at a hotel or alternative accommodation. This place will be perfect for everyone, 5 Stars!

Owners Terms & Conditions

TRAFALGAR VILLA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

Any bookings between us and the person making the booking are valid only after the booking form has been received and the full deposit paid. In submitting the online booking form you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form (including those substituted or added by any subsequent amendments). A contract exists when you have paid a deposit and we receive your booking form. The deposit is non refundable.

The prices quoted are inclusive of florida state tax at the current rate.

Pool heat is optional and must be requested at the time of booking.

For bookings of 5 days or less there is a surcharge of £75 per booking.

A security deposit of £200 is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

The rates shown below are guaranteed in pounds sterling, the dollar rate may change with market fluctuations and will use the current bank base exchange rate at the time of reservation.

All prices are shown in UK Sterling. Please contact us for an up to date exchange rate.

If a booking covers more than 1 seasonal rate then the higher rate is used for the entire booking.

We accept PayPal payments with a credit card. These are subject to 4% surcharge.

2. PAYMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY

The balance shown on the invoice must be paid by the due date, 6 weeks before the date of arrival at the property. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit held. Cancellation charges shown below may apply. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure, then the full amount is due on receipt of confirmation.

We accept various payment methods as follows:

1. Payment by cheque in Pounds Sterling - Send the cheque to our UK address and make it payable to Mr D Mabbutt

2. Payment by cheque's in US Dollars - Send the cheque to our address in the UK. (Details will be made available when you confirm your booking)

3. Payment by Credit Card via Pay Pal - This method carries a 4% surcharge on all transactions but is totally secure. Let us know you if wish to pay using this method and we will send you all the payment details you require.

4. Payment by Bank Transfer - We accept Sterling, Dollar and Euro bank transfers. Details will be sent to you once you have made your booking. When you send the transfer you must elect to pay all relevant charges on your transfer form.

Any payments made to our Management Company in Florida will incur a 10% administration charge

3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing and signed by the Party Leader and becomes effective on the date it is received by us. Such communication should be sent by recorded delivery or email. All cancellations are subject to a charge, which is as follows: -

Notification before due arrival date:

more than 180 days 10%

between 60 and 179 days 50%

between 59 days and 0 days 100%

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

To cover the costs of damage/breakages, a security deposit of £200 is required to be paid with the balance of the invoice. This will be returned to you once we receive notification from the Management Company that no damage/breakage's have been found to the property or its contents. This is normally about 28 days after your return home. On arrival it is the responsibility of the Party Leader to check the inventory to establish it is accurate. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to the Management Company.

5. ARRIVAL AT PROPERTY & DEPARTURE

Unless otherwise advised in writing, access to the property booked will not be allowed until after 4pm, local time. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A charge of £100 will be made if the property is vacated after 10am. This will be deducted from the security deposit.

On your departure day you should carry out the following duties as best you can. Failure to do this may result in extra cleaning and maintenance costs which we reserve the right to deduct from your security deposit.

1. Strip the linen from all beds and put it in the laundry room

2. Place all towels and other washable items in the laundry room

3. Ensure that all washing up of dishes, plates and glasses etc is done and the dishwasher is empty

4. Please ensure that the property is left tidy, close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving.Turn the alarm on Lock the front door behind you.

6. DAMAGE BREAKAGES & LOSSES

You are responsible and liable for all damage/breakage's and losses during your stay, whether accidental or negligent. Before departure, you should inform our Management Company in Florida of any such instances and arrange for either replacement or payment. In the event of damage/breakage's and losses being discovered after your departure, the cost of repair/replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. In more serious cases of damage/breakage or loss, where the cost of repair/replacement is not covered fully by the security deposit, you will still be liable for payment of all associated costs.

7. ACCOMMODATION RESTRICTIONS

Accommodation is reserved exclusively for the use of the persons named on the booking form and strictly no other persons are allowed to stay. Subletting, sharing and assignment are prohibited and to exceed the licensed number of occupants in a property is illegal and could invalidate your insurance. Certain standards of behaviour are expected from the local community and clients are requested to observe them. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement without notice should any members of the party cause annoyance, distress, damage or danger to the property, the owner or any third party. No refunds will be made in these circumstances. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be under any obligation to pay compensation where any change to or cancellation of your holiday is caused by 'force majeure' circumstances or those outside our control, namely; war, or threat of war/s; riots; civil strife; industrial dispute; airline grounding; terrorist activity; natural or nuclear disasters; sickness; fire; adverse weather conditions; other acts of God; and all similar events.

9. LIABILITY

The owner or owner's agent or servants, do not accept any liability for injury howsoever caused during your stay in the property. We (and our agents) do not accept liability for any loss, damage or additional expense incurred by any of the Party members in connection with the holiday, except where there is proven neglect. The extent of the liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the services and accommodation. It is a condition of this agreement that each member of the Party has comprehensive insurance cover.

10. LAW AND SEVERABILITY

It is agreed by all parties that in any action arising out of or in connection with this contract. English Law will govern, and exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the English Courts. Should any part of this agreement be deemed by rule of law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect.
