Our luxurious air-conditioned 4 bedroom (2 masters), 3 bathroom (2 en suite) villa has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of The Sunshine State. There is just over 1,567 sq ft of air conditioned living space and the double garage has been converted into a fabulous games room. At the rear of the property is a large southwest facing swimming pool, ideal for when you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
The villa is located at Veranda Palms, which is an upmarket development situated just of the US192 just minutes from the Interstate 4. It offers an ideal base with the gates of Walt Disney World being under 10 minutes drive away, as well as shopping facilities and restaurants only minutes down the road.
Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just 5 minutes away on the US192. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.
The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
The villa has its own luxurious 24 foot x 12 foot southwest facing private swimming pool. It is surrounded by a large extended patio and includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade.
All the furnishings on the pool deck have been upgraded, being of a much higher standard than normal. Furnishings include chairs, a table and sun loungers, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and drinks in the evening as the sun sets.
The pool is southwest facing which gives the added advantage that it captures the sunshine for most of the day. The pool has underwater night lighting, which really adds to the character of the area especially at night, and allows you to go for a late night swim.
