From the moment you step through the front door, you know your vacation has begun. This beautiful, spacious, family owned 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has everything you could possibly need to make your holiday more enjoyable. With 2 en-suite bathrooms and a third family bathroom, this means 2 families can both stay comfortably. This fully air conditioned luxury villa, with its own private South facing pool is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, yet is only 10 minutes from Disneyworld. The other main attractions in the area - including Universal and Sea World are also within a short driving distance.This beautiful vacation rental home has a south facing fully screened pool area, which ensures day long sunshine all year round. There is also a lanai area with table and chairs to eat alfresco, or just to sit and relax in, if you feel the need to have a break from the lovely Florida sun.
A dream holiday in this luxurious villa could be yours for less than you think. The rates quoted are for the rental of the whole villa and not per person. Think of all the space and freedom you could have compared to a hotel room, with the added bonus of your own private swimming pool to relax by after a hectic day at the theme parks. Let the kids have their own space to chill out, with TV's in all bedrooms. | Living Areas: | The spacious lounge comes complete with 2 leather sofas, 2 side tables and a coffee table. There is a cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System and a Playstation. There is also a portable CD player available. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool deck. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. |
| Dining Area | Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. Another set of patio doors lead from here to the lanai and pool deck. |
| Utility Room | The separate utility room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc |
| Master Bedrooms: | There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed. Both have en-suite facilities including a bath, shower and twin vanity basins and each master bedroom has a TV. The main master bedroom has patio doors leading onto the pool deck. |
| Other Bedrooms: | The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and share the 3rd bathroom, which also has a bath, shower and twin vanity basins. One is Scooby Doo themed and has a TV and Video Player. The other has a novelty Mickey Mouse TV and DVD Player. |
| Games Area | The games area includes a pool table, table tennis, foosball table football and an electronic dartboard. |
| Exterior: | One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with covered lanai area, which is great for eating al fresco by the pool. The pool area is fully screened and has patio furniture, including 4 sun loungers, table and chairs - perfect for those relaxing days between theme park visits. | Location & Surroundings: | Pinewood Country Estates is a lovely community which is part residential and part rental and is situated off Old Lake Wilson Road (CR 545) which runs from the 192 (Disney end) and is only 2 miles from Interstate 4. Disney World is only 10 minutes away and other Florida attractions are within easy access. The new Champions Gate Golfing Complex is only 2 minutes drive away and includes a variety of shops including a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Chemist, McDonalds, Chinese, Chillis Restaurant, Hairdresser, Bank, Nail Bar and a variety of other stores. |
