Front Of House
The front of the house is Mediterranean in style. Painted in a natural beige with exposed brickwork, this home is very imposing. With enough space for two large cars on the driveway and a large Palm tree in the front garden reminding you that you are in a sub tropical country. The front door is accessed down a short windy pathway to the side of house which just adds to the character of this property.
Living Room, Dining Room & Den
Entering through the front door you are greeted to a spacious open plan sitting and dining area. The Dining area is home to an extremely colourful and pleasant set of dining furniture. With enough seating for the largest of gatherings you will be very happy to spend an evening meal around the table with your family and friends.
Leading off to the right of the front door is yet another place to relax. The Den offers another Cable TV as well as a sofa which converts to a sofa bed to allow for additional guests. You will find this extra space invaluable.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Leading from the sitting area is the very well equipped kitchen and breakfast area. With and ice dispensing fridge freezer which also provides ice cold water on demand as well as the dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, hob and microwave to name but a few of the appliances on offer. Adjoining the kitchen is cosy breakfast area overlooking the pool deck. Ideal for the smaller get together or perhaps the kids need somewhere to sit and do their colouring.
Utility & Games Rooms

Master Bedroom 1

It has its own Cable TV, King size bed and a large walk-in closet to hide away your suit cases and belongings. Leading from the bedroom is the large en-suite bathroom. 2nd Master Suite
Located downstairs at the end of the games room hallway is the second master bedroom. With a King size bed as well as a large walk-in closet, this room has a serenity as it is located slightly further away from the busy day to day living areas. 3rd Master Suite
Venture upstairs and you will find bedroom number 3. With its Queen size bed and Cable TV this room is lovely and spacious. It has its own en-suite bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 & 5
A short walk across the landing and you will find bedroom 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 has twin beds which have lovely bright bedspreads helping to make this a lovely bright and airy room. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed ideal for the younger members of the family. This room has lovely views over Calabay Parc. In between these two bedrooms is the 4th bathroom which has a bath, sink and toilet.
Pool Area
At the rear of the property is a large pool deck area which is home to a large L shaped swimming pool and spa. You have views looking out onto the trees and grassland with no rear neighbours at all. It is very quiet and peaceful being away from the traffic and main roads. There are plenty of loungers and patio dining furniture allowing you to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle and days lazing by the pool.
