Delightful family executive villa located in a secure gated community which is only a two minutes drive from Champions Gate, David Leadbetters world famous golf course and 10 minutes from the DISNEY attractions. The accomodation consists of 4 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS. (2 EN-SUITES). The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all formed into one SPACIOUS open plan area. The executive villa has a LARGE POOL area with lanai which is fully equipped with (good quality padded) sun loungers and patio furniture and has the sun all day.The villa is looked after by a management company who are only a phone call away if needed to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The place to relax after a tiring day at the parks.

Unfortunately due to the high cost of using PayPal and our eagerness to provide the convenience for our customers to make payment with their credit card/ debit card a surcharge of 4% is applicable to this method of payment.We accept Bank Transfers, cheque and credit cards. £100.00 deposit per week is required to secure a booking.Balance and security deposit is required 60 days prior to your arrival.If your arrival date is less than 60 days full payment will be required to secure your booking.

We had a booking with Ann for her villa over the Christmas period.To say we had a fantastic time would be understating our vacation there. The villa had everything as advertised and lots more. This is not your typical vacation rental but more a home from home. The property is in fantastic condition, a great family layout with all the amenities as promised. TV was good( though we did not need it much ) and internet fast and smooth. The pool is fenced off for safety if you have little ones to worry about. Our e-mails were responded to with alacrity both before and throughout our visit. The property is close to all the attractions and has good supermarkets & pharmacies within a couple of minutes drive. There is a local Chilijis for convenient dinners etc. I have no hesitation in recommending the villa to any prospective vacationers, if we are in the area again we will certainly try to hire

Following a fantastic family holiday in this villa in October 2010, we found it hard to settle back home until we had booked again to return to Orlando in October 2011. The villa is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and its ideal location is perfect for those wishing to capture the magic of all the Disney attractions. A superb selection of shops and restaurants are also very close to the villa, making it easy to pick up the essential items. As soon as you step into the villa, you are immediately aware that it is special, luxurious and tastefully decorated. It is obvious that a lot of time has been spent on the small details. The accommodation is very spacious and whilst there were 7 of us staying during our first visit, it felt big enough that we did not feel that we were living in each other's pockets. The extra cost of the heating for the pool in October was money well spent and made the pool experience an absolute treat. Keeping in touch with family back home was an important factor for us too and with the wi-fi access, we were able to do so with ease. All in all, another fantastic family holiday and we would definitely recommend this villa to any friends, colleagues and family members as it is basically luxury within a perfect location within Orlando.

We chose to stay in a villa for our 10th trip to Florida after stopping in Disney hotels for several of the previous trips. We knew that we'd chosen well as soon as we pulled up to the gate of the Sanctuary, everything is so well cared for and immaculately presented, the same applied to the villa, everything was provided and made so easy, the kids loved the pool and games room. The position near Champions Gate is perfect only 5 minutes from I4, the management company were faultess as our pool heating tripped they responded to our text instantly and came out the next morning to reset it, so all in all we had the best ever holiday in perfect surroundings, we would highly recommend "Disney Ideal Villa" to everbody.

Everything about the villa is great it had all the facilities that we required and was immaculately clean and beautifully presented (loved the towels especially the swans) The pool was warm and inviting and it is with great sorrow that we leave. We had a great stay and everything was great. The beds were cozy, the games were fun and the place is AWESOME!! We loved the channels and the pool. We had a great time at Disney and the waterparks. We went to MGM, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Magic Kingdom and the Kennedy Space Centre. We had a WONDERFUL stay!!!

Sanctuary at Westhaven is one of the most exclusive GATED resort communities in the Orlando area. The resort community is a peaceful country like setting with well manicured palm tree, lined boulevards.
The Santuary is only a few minutes drive from the 1-4 EAST/ WEST FLORIDA interstate highway. At nearby Championsgate you will find a number of shops and restaurants such as Chilis, McDonalds,Chinese and Pizza. Publix supermarket and petrol station. Walmart is about 10 minutes north on the US 27.

YOUR BOOKING

After making a reservation you must complete a booking form,signed by first named person in party.Party leader must be over 18years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept conditions of booking on their behalf.Once the booking form is received the booking will be confirmed in writing,please check them carefully to ensure they are correct notifying any changes immediately.

VILLA OCCUPANCY

The villa will be available for your occupancy at 4 pm on the first day of your confirmed rental period.You are expected to vacate the villa by 10 am on the last day of your confirmed rental period.

PAYMENT

A £I00 per week deposit is required on booking and is non refundable.The balance and security deposit is due 60 days prior to departure.If you book less than 60 days before departure the full balance is due immediately.We accept Cheques, Bank Transfers and Credit Cards.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

You are required to pay £150 in case of breakage,loss or damage to the villa during your stay.This will be refunded 14 days after you return from holiday subject to there being no damage to the villa or its contents.

CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

Should it become necessary to cancel the booking the cancellation must be made by the party leader.The cancellation will become effective from the date the letter is received.Cancellations are subject to charge detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependant on the time you cancel

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible nor accept liability where we are prevented from delivering our contractual obligations by "force majeure".Those include but are not limited to war,threat of war,civil commotion or strife, hostilities strikes and other industrial disputes,natural disasters,fires, acts of God, terrorist activities,weather conditions,government actioner other events outside our control.Your travel insurance may cover you in some of these events.

IN CASE OF COMPLAINT

In case of complaint you must inform the local management company immediately so the matter can be rectified as soon as possible.

THE USE OF AMENITIES

The use of accomodation and amenities ie. swimming pool etc. is entirely at your own risk. No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the user or visitors belongings.
