Great Room
Either slouch out on the luxury leather sofas and enjoy some peace and quiet, or entertain yourselves by watching cable TV or a DVD/Blu Ray on our large screen HDTV. We have a small collection of DVD’s for your use or you may wish to pick up a bargain at one of the many Malls to watch at your leisure then take home. The family room opens out through the sun drenched patio doors into the decking and pool area. The whole house has had the flooring tiled to a very high standard

Games Room
We have installed a fun games room to give you additional entertainment. The games room has been equipped to the highest level, there is a Pool Table, a double shoot electronic basketball , a dartboard and an Xbox (with a collection of games). We can also supply high quality body boards and a Sat Nav on request!
Pool
The pool deck can be accessed via three separate doors. The main sliding patio doors from the great room and then 2 smaller doors from the 2 master bedrooms. For your child’s protection there is a short door alarm to alert the adults when a door to pool is opened. There are no properties behind us at all, it’s straight on to grass and bushes. Because our home is on a circular area at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent houses are set back at an angle, rather than being right beside us, again adding to the privacy factor. The pool can be heated in the winter months.
Aviana Resort
The resort clubhouse is over 6,500 square feet, and is surrounded by a large sparkling guest pool, splash area (for the kids), tot-lot and sand volleyball court. The clubhouse itself contains a gym, a small computer area with access to the internet and a conference room.
