Review Submitted: June 28, 2011 Date of Stay: June 2011Just back from this lovely villa, we had a fantastic time, the villa is decorated to the highest standards making it a home from home, it as all mod cons and has everything you could possibly need for a stay in Florida, perfect location near Disney and Universal, very close to a large Wallmart for shopping, off Highway 27 so great for going to West Coast as well. Great refreshing pool and pool area after a hard day at the parks, lovely peaceful location I would highly recommend it and can confidently say we'll be back.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Thank you for a fantastic week in your lovely Villa, it was a real oasis after a hot, hectic day at the parks. Clean comfy and user friendly. Due to the current heat wave we especially appreciated the ice machine ( up to 117'c) we will be back.

Our family had a spectacular time in Orlando, Florida. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Perhaps in the near future we will return to enjoy ourselves for a family vacation.

As soon as we walked in to the Villa after a long flight and drive, the Villa was very welcoming and felt like home. Very spacious rooms, loved the open plan living / dining / kitchen area. Pool was great after a day at the park. My wee boy loved the games room. Overall the Villa was very comfortable, would recommend to anyone needing place to stay which is near everything you need in Orlando.

Any problem that arose was taken care of very quickly. John, the owner, was very considerate and helpful with any information we needed. Recommend this villa to all looking for a quiet, nicely furnished Florida vacation. Thanks again John.

We've had a nice start to the New Year in this conveniently located Executive Villa.We had a very good stay over here. It's comfortable, spacious and Publix and Wallmart and the 192 are very close. Hopefully the next guests will have a great time too.

Our relaxing holiday

The villa is a short distance from the disney theme parks and the outlet shoppings available within orlando. My family enjoyed the time of their lives and the villa was such a convenient place to rest and relax. The pool is such great fun for the kids to relax. The bedrooms are big enough for everybody to just have a good rest after a long day of shopping or walking in the theme parks. Your Villa was
very cosy and spacious for us. We spent most of the time out but at night we still enjoyed sitting in the lounge or by the pool side. We had nice time playing in the games room and the bedrooms are so warm to sleep in. Thank you very much and we'll recommend to our friends.We hope to go back and visit orlando and this villa again.

The White family had a really great stay. We found the Villa spacious and that we had most creative comforts. The pool was great after a hot day travelling about. We found peace and tranquility - none of us had any problems sleeping. A really good week.

Review Submitted: August 11, 2010 Date of Stay: July 2010 We have just returned from the villa, having previously been in December, again we had a wonderful time.
The villa is superb, beautifully decorated and clean, lot of space for three generations.
The pool was fantastic, we ate out by the pool for vertually every meal as the weather was great.
Very convenient for Publix and Walmart Superamarket and many eating places, as well as for the Disney Parks.
Our son in law played golf every other day, with lots of courses to choose from at very reasonable prices.
We would recommend this villa for any age group.

Review Submitted: July 15, 2010 Date of Stay: June 2010 My family and I stayed at the villa from June 13th - June 20th. We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and decorated beautifully. All the amenities were just as stated in the the villa description. They also included extra sheets and towels in the master bedroom closet. We were near a lot of different restaurants and were only 15 minutes from Disney. We had the option of cooking in or eating out. The neighborhood was very quiet. My husband jogged everyday.The private pool was wonderful. My family was in it everyday. They had floats to use for the kids. They also had a lot of coupons for the different attractions in the villa handbook. The layout of the villa was great. The master bedroom was on one side of the livingroom. The second queen size bedroom was in a corner by itself, which was perfect for my 80 year old Dad and the children's bedrooms were across from each other with tv's in both bedrooms. The game room was fun for my kids. They brought their Wii game system and was able to hook it to the tv. My family and I would love to come back again and I would recommend this place to family and friends.

There is a publix as well as places to eat in the area, disney is less then 15 minutes away.
