Family Room
The Family Room is located at the rear of the house on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen. It is well lit by natural light from a large window, which overlooks the pool area.
The room is beautifully furnished and includes a three seater and a two seater sofa with a coffee table and two side tables with lamps. Also featured is a modern decorative TV glass shelving unit.
For your entertainment, we have installed a 52" Full High Definition (1080p) LCD TV, with a High Definition TV cable box with built in HD recording, delivering HD programming with HBO, Showtime/TMC Cinemax and Starz HD movie channels in addition to ESPN and FOXSC, which shows Premiership matches. Also included is a PLAYSTATION 3, which upscales DVDs to full HD (1080p) quality with a choice of games and movies for you to use at your convenience.
Living Room
The Living Room is located at the front of the house on the ground floor adjacent to the Foyer and the Dining Room.
The room is brightly lit by the large window, which overlooks the landscaped front garden. It is decorated with beautiful modern furnishings which includes a three seater and a two seater sofa-bed with a coffee table and two end tables with lamps.
For your entertainment, we have installed a 40" Full High Definition (1080p) LCD TV with cable TV, an Xbox 360 and a High Definition DVD player, which upscales DVDs to full HD (1080p) quality with a choice of games and movies for you to use at your convenience.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is situated next to the Living Room. The room is brightly lit by the large window and overhead lighting.
The room features a modern glass top 6 seater dining table and 6 chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort and style.
Service from the kitchen area is made easy through the service hatch next to the dining table. Placemats and cloth napkins are also provided to ensure that you have all of the conveniences necessary to host the perfect dinner party.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is located at the rear of the house adjacent to the Family Room. It looks out onto the lanai and pool area through large patio doors.
The kitchen is fully fitted and features a nook with stylish glass-top table and chairs, overlooking the pool area through the double patio door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience possible, including a large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large four ring electric cooker / stove with oven, large microwave oven and a coffee machine. Also featured is a walk-in pantry providing easily accessible storage for food items.
Master Bedroom 1
Bedroom sleeps 2 with King bed
The Master Bedroom 1 is located upstairs at the rear of the house.
The room features a king size bed (super king in Europe), two matching nightstands with lamps and a clock radio. The room also features a top quality dresser with a verticle mirror.
Also featured is a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a double shower, double sink units and a bath. For your entertainment, there is a 32 inch LCD TV with HD digital cable and a DVD player with HD upscaling. The Magic Kingdom and Epcot Fireworks can be seen from the large window.
Master Bedroom 2

The Master Bedroom 2 is located upstairs at the front of the house.
The room features a queen size bed (king in Europe), two matching nightstands with lamps and a clock radio. The room also features a top quality chest of drawers.
Also featured is a large walk-in wardrobe and an spacious ensuite bathroom with a double shower, sink unit and a toilet. For your entertainment, there is a 26 inch LCD TV with HD digital cable.
Queen Bedroom 1

Twin Bedroom 1

The Twin Bedroom is located upstairs at the rear of the house overlooking the pool area.
The room features 2 single beds, a nightstand with a lamp and a clock radio with a top quality chest of drawers.
The room has a spacious walk-in closet and features a top quality chest of drawers and a 26 inch LCD TV with cable. Both Disney's Epcot Centre and MGM Studios are visible from the window in addition to the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and Epcot Fireworks.
Disney Room

The Disney Room is located upstairs at the side of the house with access from the landing area.
The Disney themed room features two single beds with Disney comfortes, a nightstand with a lamp and a clock radio. The room also features a walk-in wardrobe and a wall mounted 19 inch LCD TV with cable TV.
Spongebob Room
Bedroom with bed
The Spongebob Room is located upstairs at the front of the house with access from the landing area.
The Spongebob themed room features two single beds, wth Spongebob comfortors, a nightstand with a lamp and a clock radio. The room also features a walk-in wardrobe and a wall mounted 19 inch LCD TV with cable TV.
Pool Area
The pool area is located at the rear of the house with access from the kitchen patio doors, the pool area is protected by a screen enclosure.
The 28 feet x 14 feet swimming pool also includes a spa. (Pool and spa heat, or spa only heat is available at an extra cost - see our price plans for details).
Relax and enjoy this amazing view of the Disney fireworks each evening from the pool area.
Games Room
The Games Room is located in the converted two-car garage at the front to the house.
The Games Room has been decorated with super-hero movie posters on the walls. There is a premium 8 foot slate pool table with 4 cues, and a set of cue balls. Also featutred is a foosball table and a card table with four chairs. For your entertainment, we have provided a CD stereo / radio system with remote control. In addition to a large floor fan, the garage features an automatic door, which opens up with the touch of a button to provide a cool environment to enjoy the games facilities.
