This is a luxury air-conditioned home built in 2006 with enough rooms to sleep up to 12 people comfortably.
The home has been furnished to a very high standard and attention to detail is evident throughout. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor making them suitable for guests who have difficulty wtih stairs.
For your comfort this is a non smoking home, although smoking is permitted in the pool area. No pets allowed

The Aviana Clubhouse facilities are available at no extra cost to our guests while staying at the villa. The facilities include:

Large swimming pool and spa with sunbathing areas
State of the art gymnasium with 24hr access
Computers with internet access
Outdoor children play area
Sand volleyball pitch
Elegant reception area
Large gathering room with multi-purpose tables
Kitchenette

The facilities are available from 10AM to 6PM on weekdays, and 9AM to 5PM at weekends.

To use the gym out of hours, a key can be obtained from reception upon payment of a small deposit. Proof of stay will be required
