About Florida Villas, Villa Margarita

"Villa Margarita" is a beautiful 3 bed/3 bath private villa, with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking a peaceful rural woodland conservation area. It can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout, and for your added comfort, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and communal areas. A high speed wireless internet connection is provided for the convenience of our guests -just bring your own laptop.

The property consists of two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The other bedroom contains twin beds and uses the large family bathroom. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.

The communal living area features a 25" cable T.V, VCR and DVD player. The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed if required. Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences. The separate dining nook contains a dining table that seats six. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

The pool area and lanai look toward a beautiful woodland conservation area. The secluded pool area is not overlooked from behind at all. The patio furniture and complimentary BBQ provided will help you to further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.

If you are travelling with a young child, we provide a complimentary cot and high chair. We have also put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. For peace of mind, all exits to the pool area have double locks.
