"Villa Bonaire" is a beautiful 5 bed/3 bath private villa, located in the exclusive gated community of “The Reserve at Town Center”. From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the brightly coloured houses, immaculate gardens and quiet palm-tree lined streets, create a feeling of peace and tranquility…yet all of the wonderful attractions and excitement that Orlando has to offer are within easy reach.

“Villa Bonaire” has its own private pool and secluded sun-deck overlooking a peaceful woodland conservation area. The property comprises two large master bedrooms, with queen size beds and their own en suite facilities. The third bedroom has a full/double bed and the remaining two bedrooms contain twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TVs. A Games Room now features a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board. A complimentary BBQ, cot & high chair plus a high speed wireless internet connection are provided for our guests.

About Villa Bonaire

"Villa Bonaire" is a beautiful 5 bed/3 bath home, with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking a private conservation area. It can be fully air conditioned or heated and for your added comfort there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and communal areas. A high speed wireless internet connection is provided for the convenience of our guests - just bring your own laptop.

A Games Room features a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board....enjoy!

The property comprises two master en suite bedrooms, with queen size beds. The third bedroom contains a full/double bed. The two remaining bedrooms feature twin beds and have been themed - Cars/Lightning McQueen for the boys and Princess/Butterfly for the girls! All bedrooms have a cable TV. There is a third large family bathroom. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided.

The communal living area features a cable T.V, VCR and DVD player. The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed if required. Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences. The kitchen nook contains a table that seats six for that informal snack. The separate dining area features a dining table that seats six.

The pool area and lanai face towards a private woodland conservation area and are not overlooked from behind at all. The patio furniture and complimentary BBQ provided will help you to further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.

If you are travelling with a young child, we can provide a complimentary cot and high chair. We have also put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. For peace of mind, all exits to the pool area have double locks.

“The Reserve at Town Center” is an exclusive, gated community of only 94 homes. It was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot and is ideally situated to provide a haven from all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. Yet, with easy access to Interstate 4, all of the major attractions, shopping, restaurants and numerous golf courses are just a short distance away.
