Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with large south facing solar heated pool close to attractions
Fully air-conditioned throughout, with additional ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the family room.
The villa is a single storey property that will sleep up to 6 people.

All living areas have recently been redecorated.

Complete with wi-fi internet and computer, with free landline phone calls to the UK, many European countries and within the USA.

The master suite has a US king size bed, large walk in closet, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Along with all the bedrooms, there is a cable television in the room. There is also a cot/crib in this room, although it can easily be moved to any room.The bathroom has a large walk in shower,WC and twin basins.

A new US queen size bed is in the 2nd bedroom with a chest of drawers, large closet and bedside cabinets. This room overlooks the back yard.

There are 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom, along with a large closet, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The 2nd bathroom is situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and has a full size bath, overhead shower and twin basins.

The property is maintained and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday.

The kitchen is well equipped with all you could want in a Floridian kitchen with cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, diswasher etc, as well as more than enough cutlery, crockery etc for the whole family.

The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are in a closet close by the kitchen, as is a small nook for more informal meals.

The lounge is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of comfortable seating to allow you to spend some quiet time whilst relaxing away from the parks. There is a selection of reading books for all ages and board games for your use here too as well as an ipod dock and CD player.

The family room again has comfortable seating with a 32" LCD television and X-Box console + games, patio doors lead to the pool area.

The dining area has a table and chairs large enough for a family of 6 to eat together, again, patio doors lead to the pool area.

The large pool is souyh facing and solar heated and the villa has a large rear yard for the children to play in. There is a selection of pool inflatables available for your enjoyment in the pool. Our home is not overlooked.

Table football, air hockey and electronic darts are also available, with additions being made each year.

The villa benefits from 4 remote control televisions, all being linked to a cable network, one in each of the bedrooms plus a 32" LCD one in the family room, a DVD Player with a number of DVD's for all ages.

For those early morning starts to Disney World, all bedrooms benefit from having an alarm clock. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use.

We also have an electric barbecue for our guests to use, all we ask is that you clean it after each use and return it to the garage at the end of your stay.

The villa is situated in a very convenient position being close enough to the I4 to get around quickly, but far enough away that you wouldn't know it was there!
Situated only 10 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
We are only minutes from the new Champions Gate Resort and there are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive, including the new courses at the new Reunion resort.
Restaurants are a short drive away with the nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away.
There are numerous shops within a very short car ride.
