About Buckingham Palace

The Villa which is privately owned is located on the very popular estate called Indian Ridge, West Kissimmee situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is approximately 10mins from Disney World and about 30mins from Sea World and Universal Studios. It comprises of 3 bedrooms which sleeps 8 persons, games room, fully equipped kitchen, family lounge with settees and coffee table, large TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The private screened swimming pool is south facing allowing the sun on the pool all day, situated on the patio just outside the pool area is a gas BBQ.

The master en-suite bedroom has a King size bed, cabinets, dressing table, clock radio and T.V. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, two sinks and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a double bed, cabinets and large walk-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds, cabinets and large wardrobe.
The second bath room which has a bath/shower and sink unit, and is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3.
A cot is supplied free of charge.
The Family Lounge has a two settees, coffee table, corner tables and lamps; it also has a large T.V with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s for your entertainment.
The Family Room has two settees one of which converts into a comfortable double bed for extra sleeping, has a Hi-fi system.
The dining area has a large table which seats six persons.
The kitchen/diner has a table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, steamer, coffee maker, and all the crockery to meet your needs.
The Utility Room has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Games Room is fully air-conditioned as is the entire villa; it has a Pool Table, Table Football, Darts and games for smaller children.
The private screened pool has optional heating for the cooler months, has table and chairs and sun loungers, and outside the pool area on the patio is a gas BBQ.

Water softner/filtration system for safe drinking water.

A short drive to Highway 192 you will find gift shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

A children’s play area is a short walk away with swings and climbing frame. There are two golf courses close by.
